    only congress has the power to borrow money on the credit of the united states

    the federal reserve of the united states achieves billions of dollars in net-profit, which it gives to the government

    Nobody is disputing that. What's disputed is the Constitutional legality of the Federal Reserve, and where that net-profit interest the Fed receives comes from.
