We need to bring in the water hoses and dogs to get this trash off the streets. SEATTLE Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn says he's making an emergency declaration allowing police to confiscate items that can be used as weapons following violent May Day protests that left storefronts and car windows shattered. Police said officers made at least two arrests after hundreds of people marched through downtown Tuesday afternoon. A 23-year-old man was arrested for vandalism and a 19-year-old man with a knife was also arrested. Protestors dressed in black clothing smashed windows of retail stores and banks, and spray-painted parked cars, reported Q13 FOX News. Niketown, American Apparel, HSBC, and Wells Fargo were among the businesses protestors vandalized. McGinn said protesters were using items that looked like flagpoles as weapons. He said his order would enable police to take those items away from people before they are used to cause damage. McGinn said his action would help protect public safety as protests continued into Tuesday evening. Another go at the weak progressive leadership in Seattle eh? America, please wake up and reject the progressives. They are a virus infecting Western Civilization. _
Ironic that the so-called anarchists, are actually the tools of the stateists... I'd call a throng of asinine hooligans destroying property I worked hard, and spent TIME , PRICELESS TIME , out of my Life to acquire, a TARGET-RICH ENVIRONMENT...
Union endorsed thuggery at it again. Charge the ones they can catch. Cite domestic terrorism. Put them in prison and it will stop quickly when goes from being a cool and trendy anarchist/communist/union lark with a fine or an overnight lock up.
at least some of them will now occupy a jail cell. Ladies and gentlemen, this is what liberalism gets you
MayorMike's really getting tough on somebody. Just doesn't sound like it's th OWs'ers he's getting tough with.
These criminals are just running around doing as they please. Damaging other peoples' property and what are the puss-cake Seattle police doing about it? doesn't look like anything.
