Having difficulty staying on topic in your own thread? Care to address the responses to your claims that you avoided for weeks?

so strange, not matter where I look every steel building I have seen never collapses into itself.

Anyone got any pics of that please?

here is one of a standard demolition where they bring it straight down.

Actually, there is no way for any building in a top-down progressive collapse to fall except into its own footprint. That is why verinage works.

The Windsor tower fell in on itself, for the most part, until the steel piled up and fell off the side.

The concrete core that was left stsanding is of no relevance.

Yeah. Straight down is how progressive collapses occur. They only keeel over if something happens to the foundation.

So, steel columns intended to support 5000 tons of steel are supporting 20000 and are heated to about 1000 F.

do you consider this a tenneble situation?

When those columns collapse, what do you expect to happen next?

Is that how you plan to dodge responding to the flaws in your supposed demolition preschool lesson?

I'm starting to think you're not qualified to teach demolition preschool.

I did not see any flaws

    - - - Updated - - -

from that, suffice to say then a collapse from explosive demolition is progressive

Hmm wonder how the hell that happened.

but then that does not have a damn thing to do with demolition now does it LOL

maybe lefty will come in and throw a few kool new buzz words around without any explanation how they apply.

This is the best and only way to make a steel building fall straight down.

But it did not happen and it is not the ONLY way. The core below the point of failure stood firm almost to the end. The perimeter unziped itself as the floor mounts failed. Those elements could not even fail fast enough to get out of the way of falling debris, so the debris started sliding of to the sides.

That's why professionals blow the uprights of a building at ground level for explosive CD. That is why verinage is limited to 14 story buildings.

You have no clue what you are talking about.

why do you people continually spout that bull(*)(*)(*)(*) when nist admitted it was not a pancake?

then again the bull(*)(*)(*)(*) never ceases from you people.

you have been told and shown several times and that makes it outright lying at this point

The only rule in demolition is that you achieve what you set out to do. Your imagination is the limit, there are any number of ways to demolish a building and you can even do it with a hacksaw if you want to.

So why look the fool by trying to preach one way and one way only?

THIS IS A TOP DOWN DEMOLITION!

gotta hate low budget demolitions above compared to the purty fireworks in a plain ole collapse.

THIS IS JUST AN EVERY DAY OLE COLLAPSE!

from MASSIVE FIRE and INTENSE HEAT and the floors could not withstand the MASSIVE OSAMA BIN LADEN BOOGERS on the floors above!

despite the fact that models using nists numbers cannot be made to fail much less in the manner you are preaching

    Looks like verinage.

Except for the building's being on fire and having a core that could not be crushed down, this also looks like verinage. No explosives involved.

talking about different sets of numbers, they are either confused or are not well enough informed to know the difference. typical

The only numbers that matter are the fail loads on each floor. If you load even one floor above it's fail weight, the rest of the structure is doomed, because that weight and more are going to hit the next floor, and so it goes, in arithemtical progression.

If you have no proof that no floor was loaded beyond its fail point, you have no evidence of CD.
