Hey. I never claimed he was suspended for fighting, and the post of yours that I quoted, and which you then challenged, listed far more than fighting. I called you "false" (I was referring to things other than fighting, and was both syntax and factually correct), and then proved it.

What you now show is a lack of honor. Welcome to my IGNORE list. I urge my fellow posters to ignore you as well. You do not post factually, and are now shown to not be a person of their word.

If one has no honor, and no backbone, then what good is one ?

    You mean the "black community"?

Cause we saw who TM was on the phone with for 10 hours.

God forbid you address a root cause... This is not borne of vigilantism. It is thuggism. the problem is that Sharpton and Jackson showed up in this small town and race baited the (*)(*)(*)(*) out of it. So... Serino was demoted for disagreeing with murder 2. Then the president weighed in, without facts or forensic evidence, and weighs in an opinion on a race bate case, without evidence.... did I say that yet?

So now we are battling Obamapologists who have no stake in the real world aligned against a human being based on a year of media perpetuated lies.

(*)(*)(*)(*) piety. This is the most embarrassing trial ever to take place... as a political faction decided to intercede... on a case... involving a firearm... seems legit.

What happened to all the usual folks who chime in for Trayvon? All of a sudden these "new folks" pop up.

I said the defense would win did i not? All the time in most of my post I agree with you but I wont allow something to occur out of nothing. You will notice most people post respectfully to make a point. Why? Because we all want America to be better and our lives not to get effected by this case. I dont think people really comprehend the ramifications. Young black americans who have not yet witnessed prejudices will see in this case from what they learned from their parents to be proven correct. This will create a new generation of bias. A new generation of intolerance. And to take joy from this case and express it is a bad idea. It is a bad idea because emotions are involved with people who can relate. An innocent verdict will hurt the U.S. that will be majorly the minority in your life time when you have people who act and express ill opinions and dont know this. The problem is we have all picked sides regardless of the law and we use the law merely to make a point. This isnt a case of us versus them but if you make it out to be than you will see first hand the repercussions of the ignorant meeting the ignorant.

I think it is rather funny that those that simply wanted Zimmerman convicted before the trial started all said Zimmerman had absolutely no injuries at all. Now that the evidence of Zimmerman's injuries matches what Zimmerman said those same people are now trying to suggest the injuries are what? Not caused by Martin at all? Or caused by Martin but indicate he was beat but not so bad? The wounds looked bad to me. His nose was clearly badly mashed. The back of his head was cut up with swelling. The wounds are very much consistent with the story. An eye witness testified in court to having seen a dark skin man in a dark sweatshirt on top with his arms flailing moments before the shot was fired. If one thinks about the eye witness account and the recordings of screams, to believe it was martin screaming instead of Zimmerman, one would have to believe Martin was on top with his arms flailing and screaming for help at the same time.

The Defense should win but who knows with a jury. I have wanted to see the State put on it's case because I thought they may actually be able to put things together in a way that might be compelling....That didn't happen....I just jope this jury is brave enough to make the right decision: Not Guilty.

I think if you listen to the tape with Zimmerman and the operator you will hear that Zimmerman had a few beers or something. There is testimony that he was doing something with his hand to the back of his head. That being said he could have injured himself but there is no proof because the cops didnt try to obtain it from Zimmerman only Trayvon. so the only story to accept is Zimmermans but that doesnt mean i have to like it lol. Goodnight you are right im just sleepy talking since the last hour lol. You are right but my common sense says only because of Florida law.

You are missing the real issue here. This case is in no way a good representation of the struggle blacks have for equality and justice. The lies and dishonesty used to try and make it that way have hurt the legitimate cause.

what about the witness who saw a man in a red jacket on the ground yelling for help? I wonder why the State didn't call him?

This is not what people are saying....This is testimony made by the Medical Examiner who examined georges injuries. She stated that they were not conductive of a person who had his head banged on the concrete multiple times. The injuries should have been more severe. The night it happened they just put some band-aids on it and sent him home. A day or two later george went to his doctor who put some bigger bandages making it appear his injuries were more severe, Now thats using your noggin.

This person was not the doctor that initially examined Zimmerman's wounds. It is just a paid witness put on the stand by the Prosecution. So what?

Yeah what's up with that? Maybe the defense will call the EMT who treated Zimmerman.

Zimmerman's injuries indicates he was struck in the nose and had minor lacerations on the head but there isn't a piece of concrete evidence how they were sustained. He doesn't have injuries indicating he was being beaten with multiple strikes to the face.

The same witness that saw Martin on top testified he couldn't tell if Martin was attempting to hold Zimmerman down or hitting him. He only saw his arms moving.

That just means that George's account of what happened stands. The State has to prove how it happened beyond a reasonable doubt....they failed.

Well in actuality he said the top guys arms were moving up and down in a flailing like motion.

As far as repeated blows to the face are you saying he could only be hit and have a big cut with each blow? Are you saying his nose could not have take more than one shot?

Let me ask you straight up. Do you believe Martin hit Zimmerman in the face?

To build on this, lets cover the charges laid out before us and burden of proof.

It is a murder trial, the murder side has been proven and is concrete.

The proof of self defense is the only question left to be answered. He has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt he was defending himself.

If it is self defense it is not murder.
The Prosecution has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt he was not defending himself If there is doubt then Zimmerman will be found not guilty.

I've tired to bring this tread to the burden of proof many times. Can seem to get there. Thought I'd start somewhere else.

    But I'm in.

Say Zimmerman did chase, as in RUN after him.

As a reasonable person I have to say it sure sounds like running, on the 911 call, his timeline doesn't really match up. To me it seems like he makes it to the other side of the alley too fast to just be walking. When he talks at that part he sounds winded.

    Ok, to me he does.

Martin hid, maybe he can still see Zimmerman looking around for him with a flash light. Travon would have no idea who he is or why he's looking for him. Maybe he wants to find out, maybe he's pissed this (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*) is on his tail. He confronts him, there's a fight, Martin dies.

I am really truly stuck on the fact that Martin had a right to defend himself as well. He wasn't required to back down any more then George.

The problem is as been said many times Martin isn't on trial Zimmerman is.

I'd love to see how other cases go where a fight turns into a death.

That is retarded uninformed BS. It is an affirmative defense. You do not even know WTF that means. Yet you post completely retarded nonsense.

I recommend that folks put you on IGNORE. Because you know nothing of the law, but seem an expert in ignorance.
