Blame the teachers unions for the fact that American schools are turning out kids that are really in fact uneducated.

The problem is with PUBLIC schools.

Just like every single other socialist program (without exception).... Public schools are wasteful, inefficient, costly, counterproductive and ultimately ineffective. As pointed out private and home-schooling are performing at a much better clip than public schools. And they always will.

Um...public schools HAVE to take any and all students, they don't get to SELECTIVELY pick and choose who they admit.
