Kill as many invadors a possible? those are 20 year old boys, going in order for 1 purpose which is to find and destroy Hamas terror tunnels that danger Israeli citizens which is a very reasonable target so stop talking smack about our brave soldiers.

This. Oh they can't eliminate them entirely, but Israel should just take over Gaza fully and eliminate the Palestinian/Hamas government of that area. Anything less is just going to have this happen again in the future. Stop the blockade of Gaza, just integrate it fully into Israel.

on the other hand, Israeli authorities are saying they are not going to destroy HAMAS [as political party and social organization]. I guess the global strategy is comparable with the one run in Northern Ireland: to disengage the political party form the terror organization. The problem is that this requires a certain involvement of popular support ... Let's wait and see.

 

I can agree with you about Hamas, but of course the IDF were created by murdering, Zionists terrorists who killed their own kind in a publicity stunt, and who pretty much carried out the first modern terrorist attack so I hope they kill each other, the more the better. Just so long as they leave the innocent alone, especially those like the children the IDF killed playing football on a beach.

Brave. Protecting their country from those who wish to harm, from those who wish to kill it's citizens, from those who wish us gone. Brave soldiers, men and women who are prepared at every minute to risk their lives to protect their country, their family, their friends and their people. Brave soldiers who go in a hostile teritory to bring terror to it's knees.
Their not going in to kill citizens, their going in to prevent the killing of citizens. You think Israel can't destory Hamas's missile storages from airestrikes? they can, but it would require the death of many palestinians, that's why those brave soldiers are going in there, to destroy those storages by hand and prevent the killing of hundreds of innocent men and women.

IDF murderes? most of the soldiers going in Gaza have never participated in a battle or wat before, never shot a live rifle at terrorists, murderes? IDF is the most human army in the history of the world. When germany was attacked, 100,000 died overnight, when japanese were attacked 200,000 died in a hindsight, when palestinians are attacked 2000 times, 200 people are dead. 1 dead every 10 airstrikes, I feel sorry for every innocent life taken, but in war there are casualties.
