Jews lived in peace in Diaspora in the 1930s too, and if Israel existed then, most of 6 mln European Jews and their descendants would have survived, the world's jewish population would be double of what it is now. it's probably not a good idea in your mind but it is in the eyes of most jews in Israel and in Diaspora.

In fact jews lived in Diaspora PEACEFULLY for 2 millennia... That did not spare them from the Holocaust, Inquisition, pogroms, mass expulsions, theft and murder, ghettos, quotas, hatred, humiliations and restrictions (in no particular order).

Yes plenty of people lived in peace in the 1930's however 60 million died in that war 20 million(at least) Russians alone. It is doubtful that had Israel existed most would of been saved, since until after the war the majority of Jews were against the setting up of the State of Israel, so why would they of been there?

All of the tribulations of the Jews are true and terrible, but the fact remains that the majority of Jews remain in Desporia, why is that so?
I can think of no other country where the majority of it's potential citizens choose not to live there, can you?

Israel's been a country for thousands of years? I don't think that's accurate. 1948 was only 66 years ago. There was no nation of Israel prior to 1948. It only came to be when European Jews backed by international industrialists invaded and drove out the indigenous Semitic peoples of the area. Now, please explain why the European Jews HAD to invade the area that was known at the time as Palestine? The Nazi regime had already been toppled. The NATO powers had control of all of Western Europe and there were no active programs targeting Jews (beside the Zionist movement seeking to relocate them to Palestine).

In reality, the overwhelming majority of the European Jews hold more legitimate claim to lands in between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea than they do the land of Israel/Palestine.

In truth, the alliance works for a select few who stand to profit off of such vast transfers of wealth. Most are detrimentally effected by the continued resistance towards legitimate peace, which is far less profitable for said select few.

I am not a Hamas apologist. I just don't agree that Israel's actions are justified by Hamas' wrong actions any more than Hamas' are justified by Israel's.

Invasion and occupation are not acts of self defense, they are offensive actions. It's comparable to claiming you had to sit over someone with your knee in their chest and punch them in the face repeatedly after they lost consciousness because they appeared menacing towards you.

    You, sir, are the apologist.
