The most likely reason that Hillary won't run is because she won't have to. The GOP can't find her an opponent.

 

Only crazy people would be willing to put up with the abuse an American president has thrown at him. Not to mention that his/her life expectancy declines dramatically - both because of the stress of the job and the threat of assignation. I'm not sure Hillary qualifies.

 

Yes a court convicted him, Judge Wright convicted him of lying under oath for the purpose of obstructing justice and submitting a false affidavit, that is perjury.

Like I said submitting a false affidavit is prima facie evidence of perjury. And you have yet to show how Clinton's false statements under oath for the purpose of obstructing a judicial proceeding was not perjury. Let's hear it this time.

Because he committed an illegal act and then he was punished by the government.

one cannot be a felon unless one is convicted in a court of law of committing a felony. period. civil contempt is not a felony, nor has it ever been one.

(1) a false statement is made under oath or equivalent affirmation during a judicial proceeding; (2) the statement must be material or relevant to the proceeding; and (3) the witness must have the Specific Intent to deceive.

Everyone knew that (2) would be difficult to prove, which is why he was not prosecuted for the crime of perjury and only held in civil contempt.

 

I wonder how long it will take for the supporters of either party to realize that they have been duped into believing that the "option" they settled on is any different than the one that scared them to pick a supposed lesser evil.

Submitting a false affidavit is PRIMA FACIE evidence of perjury and yes it was material to the proceedings and never ruled immaterial. He was not prosecuted criminals because he plea bargained it and admitted his guilt to do so and agreeing to not contest the Arkansas bar revoking his license. Robert Ray believed that and the $90.000 fine would suffice as punishment.

The fact remains he committed felonies in a federal court and received some pretty severe punishment for doing so.

 

How can Hillary run with those cankles ?
