Further, I have known many expat homosexuals.. . doctors, teachers and other professionals who work in KSA. - - - Updated - - - Its not legal... There were also very active Russian Orthodox communities in the Soviet Union. How many of them are openly gay? Child marriage is legal, though rare, in Saudi Arabia.

Homosexuality in Arabia is like it was in the US in the 1950s and 1960s.. Its there and you meet gays socially, but there aren't gay parades.. Historically girls couldn't marry until after their first mense.. now days women tend to marry between 17 and 25.. and they have a very high divorce rate. - - - Updated - - - Saudi certainly don't hate the West.. I don't think we really want to know how deep the Saudis were involved. I meant that in a "homeland" kind of tone. Like, it's probably not good... However, Bin Laden was caught financing it too. So there lies the question of why (if it's true) the Saudis?

The Saudis had NOTHING to gain from 9-11.. and they certainly didn't want to provoke the West into a regional war against Muslims..
