Give us some examples of his common sense. Other than his belief in Creationism of course.

Feel free to,point out what you think are the great ideas here. I would guess Obama was stunned but probably not by the brilliance of the speech. More likely by the triviality and lack of humility.

One has to wonder though if he knows he's being used, or if he legitimately thinks he has a shot. If it's the latter, I feel sorry for him.

I suspect this is the case. I think he knows deep down that he has no shot.

Honestly, it doesn't matter. Racists will die of old age or be isolated by even the Republican Party as the demographics shift.....even if it takes 20-30 years.

I agree. I could maybe vote for Rand Paul, but theres no way id vote to get f'd over by another illegal immigrant loving Bush. If he was the nominee id rather vote for Hillary.

 

There isn't any question that he's being used.

He wrote a book, and his agent got him a gig before the National Press Club.

Right wing media saw him as an appealing black face who could tell the white right wing audience what it already believes.

So, he won the jackpot. A paying gig on Fox Noise.

Of course, the combination of being in the right wing echo chamber, and the doctor's own considerable ego (neurosurgeons aren't exactly known for being humble), sparked the Presidential talk.

Enter the hucksters.

Shadowy right wing operatives have set up at least two fake draft Ben Carson groups. They are raising money in his name and laundering it to their friends in the form of adminstrative expenses (this activity has made a lot of people in Washington rich, and it's rampant in conservative politics). Not one dime has gone to Ben Carson.

But a lot of small donors out in the sticks have shelled out their money and their contact information thinking that they're supporting Ben Carson, only to see the money go to things like DirectMail.com, unbeknownst to them.

You posted one portion of an exchange, as some proof you never called me a racist over my white avatars.
You searched for the exchange, to show your eBuddy, and intentionally left off the link to the comment.
Then claimed you didn't call me a racist, and said an apology was owed.

So, not only does that show a complete lack of integrity.... it was also an outright lie.

If adjectives hurt..... stop earning them.

 

If you like ben carson you should check out some of his books. I have to say "One Nation" is probabaly his best

 

Why don't you go ahead and post all the rest of your posts where you continually refer to the left as race obsessed while denying your own problems with race. If you weren't race obsessed you would stop bringing up the issue and accusing everyone else of what is obviously your own problem with the issue. Anyone interested can follow the links in your post and determine what conceivable level of race obsession you exhibit.

Oh, and the comment "so you are just a subconscious racist" was an attempt at humor but judging from your reaction it must have struck a little to close to home.

 

It was a stupid comment, that you now claim was a joke.
All I did was laugh and make fun of you. It was when you lied about it that I chose to point out your lack of integrity.
