    The mandate ended at midnight on 14 May 1948.

    You link refrered to the British Mandate. In the very begining of the link it says:
    Therefore your link by writing that :
    It referes to the British Mandate and not to the document of the Mandate.

    The Mandate for Palestine was under British administration, and it ended in May 1948.

    I'm not playing anything.
    In 1947 Britain gave back the Mandate, which means that in May 14th 1948 the Mandate was in the UN hands and not in the hands of the Brits. Therefore you claim isnt historicly right.

    The Brits gave the Mandate back to UN responsibility in 1947. From then on the UN didnt give the Mandate to anybody else, therefore the Mandate is still in the UN responsibility.

    The Mandate valid according to Article 80 of the UN Charter. The problem is that the UN is doing the opposite of what the Mandate is saying, and by that cintradicting it.

    Prof. Rostow recalled on how Article 80 made it's way to the UN Charter:

    Article 8 says the rights of a Mandate dissapear when a Mandate has concluded.

    The Palestine Mandate concluded in May 1948.
