Saying that modern day laws are racist is just a stretch. There is nothing to support the statement. If you look at the stats Occum's Razor would suggest that Blacks commit more crime because they feel entitled and have no respect for the law....but then I guess Occum must be a racist. Don't know how old you are but when the census use to be conducted every ten years, Hispanics were counted as white. But when cultural marxism started to be practiced then white beard scratching liberals convinced MEChA, La Raza to demand that Hispanics not be counted as whites. It was Hispanics who decided they didn't want to be associated with whites. But when it comes to crime, they want to be counted as white so Americans don't see how many crimes are actually being committed by the Hispanic immigrant community.

Well that's going to change when the 2014 FBI crime report is released later this year. It's going to show that whites commit less crimes than the FBI crime reports have been showing.
