So, who do you think pulled out front? In the small debate among the four, Lindsey gained some street cred. Jindal will be sliding out IMO. In the larger debate, I was impressed by Fiorina and Kasich. They both were sharp, stayed calm, and truly had a presidential confidence. They also didn't wear their religion on their sleeves which for me is a big turn off. So, who did you think gained in this debate and why? Or, who do you think lost ground?
I would have to agree with your assessment. Lindsey did better than I thought he would. Fiorina has gotten some of the most enthusiastic applause.
One thing I am amazed about is how long this debate is. It's like an endurance race. I feel for 'em...and that's a lot coming from me!!! Walker looks like he's ready to collapse.
Three things made me gag...Difficult to endure the entire freak show... Fiorina brought up Hillary lying about Benghazi - totally ignoring the fact that thousand of hours investigations and millions of tax dollars turned up nada The audience applauds when Jeb Bush says that his brother kept the USA safe - 911 never happened on his watch of course Scott Walker praised the virtues of education - When he slashed education by $250 million They are full of (*)(*)(*)(*) and (*)(*)(*)(*) 'em all
Trump: "we're gonna have great people" "we're gonna do great things" "things are gonna be great again" "i made a lot of money"
Oh, no denying!!! But it was finally refreshing to see Trump silenced. This is after all, a Republican debate.
LOL, he said that more than once. - - - Updated - - - A left wing assessment of a republican debate is about as valid as a heroin addicts opinion about drugs.
Had to laugh. Fiorina said that the marijuana today is not the same as what Jeb smoked. That is true. She lost a family member to drug addiction and so have I. There is a problem and it does need to be addressed.
I agree, kinda has come out of nowhere for me too. His point about being able to "prosecute" Hillary in a debate sounded entertaining as well. However Carson is my new number 1, I like Carly before but Carson has really impressed me. Trump should lose support here, but I have been wrong before....
Except that marijuana does not kill people and is not nearly as destructive as the true gateway drug, alcohol.
The vast majority start there, it is the most easily available, after all it is usually in their home just waiting.
Carson comes of as unassuming and natural and that is his strength but this debate, IMHO, did not do him much good. Time will tell.
I honestly don't know if you can save someone from taking drugs. It appears to me that the only saving grace is a near death experience by the user.
