Indeed, but a review of history will reveal that things are in general getting better for women in America. There is still inequality and we have a ways to go before we get to a point where there can be a relative equality between the sexes. So my point is that yes there is an general inequality for women but I think we are on a trajectory for a future equality.
I'm unaware of any rights extended to men but denied to women in the United States. I have asked for examples... - - - Updated - - -
I see America as an example of progress in woman's rights. Canada is doing even better though as they have laws that better adjudicate equality.
Sure. I am an American man married to a Canadian woman. In Canada a woman can go topless anywhere a man can because of a more equal dress code. I think it was in the Canadian Post (Post Office) where some women complained that men were able to wear shorts in the summer but women were left to wear skirts. So they took the mater to litigation and won the right to wear shorts if they like that were paid for by the government just like the men's shorts. I do not think Canada is anywhere near true equality for women, but IMO they are doing a better job at working towards it than America.
I was making a joke. It's ovious that more children are birthed in male dominated cultures. - - - Updated - - -
Mardi Gras, spring break, nursing moms, Janet Jackson during Superbowl halftime. I ask you about women's rights and boobies is the best you could come up with? I cant think of a single, powerful, influential Canadian woman. I AM trying to think of Canadian media, invention, music, technology,power,influence... Drawing a blank. - - - Updated - - -
Wow, really? Do you make some assumptions about me relaying to you that women can go topless where men can? I only know of this because it is something that my wife is passionate about. Also why do you choose to ignore what I said about the Canadian Post? Do not allow your bias to make allies adversaries. Just because you "cant think of a single, powerful, influential Canadian woman" does not mean that there are none. Then I would suggest that you quit relying upon your thinking, pull up google and open your eyes to the many women in "Canadian media, invention, music, technology, power, influence". Dispense of the bias and embrace objectivity.
Your observations do not exist at all you have simply been dreaming them up. I stated facts supported by endless statistics and evidence. It says nothing about those men. Funny how it says nothing about women when men hurt them but when women hurt men you want to blame the men
Lol.I'm glad yall are passionate about boobies. Scotland gave us Sean Connery. Australia kangaroos, boomerangs, and vegamite sandwiches, Russia Ayn Rand, Japan hibachi, China fireworks, England the colonists, BBC, Richard Dawkins, Steven Hawking, Diana, the Spice Girls. New Zealand...Xena, Warrior Princess a.d awesome scenery for Lots of the Rings. That came right out of my mind. You are awesome neighbors! It is practically like you're not even there.
