Honestly, the only reason I watched the GOP debate was to see Trump say something funny. And he said a lot of funny things. Especially his comment about Rand Paul's appearance.

I knew the democrat debate would be more serious. It just wasn't worth watching past 10 minutes.

No, they want politicians who talk about freedom and the Constitution, not free handouts from the government paid for by the working class.

I don't watch that communist public TV or radio crap, so, I don't know if I've ever seen a Ken Burns documentary.

Maybe he should try his hand at making something that people will watch instead of boring documentaries.

Hillary was being protected by the media and the fake opponents who refused to attack her on all of her corruption.

The media gave democrats red meat (or organic vegetables for you vegans) by throwing nothing but softballs. This is why so many people didn't watch the debate.

The majority of the progressive voting base doesn't know anything (or even care) about politics so of course the democratic debates will not come close in ratings to the republican debates..

Remember you're talking about a political party that pays random street people to get on a bus and vote for who they're told to vote for..

They didn't watch the debate because only 30% of those who vote democrat actually follow politics - the other 70% vote democrat out of habit or because they want free stuff - they don't follow politics or know much about politics. They're the useful idiots.

The DNC debate lacked ratings for the same reason the DNC lacks a turnout during the primaries..

Heck, I watched the republicans..... I love watching the insane clown posse and train wrecks at the same time. Why not? It is like watching reality television..... You know the characters, but none them can really act, but it is nice to watch them make fools out of themselves. Difference is, these guys are politicians. I have already made up my mind who I am voting for in the Democratic primaries....No need to watch. I watch the republicans just to see what is out there and if anyone has any thought out and articulated ideas.

it's the gop that's dumbed down, the contrast in the debates makes that clear

I'm going to make this simple: The more government there is,the less citizens will have.
It's the people that's dumbed down if you can't see that it's been government vs the people since Bush 1.
I don't care about party affiliation;I want what's best for the American people.
More government is definitely not the answer.
Unrestricted illegal immigration is a big problem for the US,global warming is not.

You could not be more wrong. Immigration is a minor issue compared to climate change and the way it will affect the lives and economy of everyone in the country.

Indeed. The cons are led around by Trump's megalomania and their eternal paranoia about everything and they spend their entire time badmouthing others.

notice how i haven't ever said anything about needing more government

the gop and libertarians want less government so they can try to go back

to the days when they could get away with shenanigans like they used to

then why isn't the gop doing anything about immigration, where is the house bill?

    you're in denial of reality

all of the world's significant governments recognize the problem

the gop stands alone in denying that global warming is a problem

I guess that's why Norway has one of the highest standards of living in the world.

True, and mostly a tiny spec of population, influence and power as well. NYC has more people. 1 of our cities is more powerful than their entire country? What's ALSO fascinating is their immigration policy and demographics. Care to guess what factors contribute to their high rank? 96%, mostly white as snow. Other countries of similar ranking ALSO share these similarities.

Imagine if the US applied Norway's standard for immigration?

"You can apply for Norwegian citizenship if you have legally lived in the country for seven of the past 10 years. You may only apply for citizenship if you plan to continue living in Norway after citizenship has been granted. The fact that you are permanently immigrating to Norway means that (in most cases) you must renounce citizenship of your original country. The other key requirement for immigration in Norway is that you complete tuition in the Norwegian language. The eligibility period drops to seven years in some circumstances, such as marriage. Take the free assessment to find out if you are eligible to permanently immigrate to Norway."

Holy cow, imagine if we required ENGLISH to be required. We'd be called xenophobic bigots. Wait, NEVER MIND, we already are called that for even suggesting such a thought.

How about we adopt Norway's policies and see how we do? Fair?

You won't find the Muppets on PBS. That is Sesame Street. People who watch PBS would know that. I think someone has just been caught in their own hypocrisy. I like lot's of science shows, I watch them all the time. So you have to lie about what I actually said to make a strawman point about republicans.

I've actually accidentally tuned into the local PBS radio program and yes, they actually were far left communist-socialist pushing their agenda and propaganda. So, no, I don't watch their TV either.:worship::worship:

you've been caught not knowing what you're talking about, again

"Sesame Street is a long-running American children's television series created by Joan Ganz Cooney and Lloyd Morrisett. The program is known for its educational content, and images communicated through the use of Jim Henson's Muppets, animation, short films, humor, and cultural references. The series premiered on November 10, 1969, to positive reviews, some controversy, and high viewership; it has aired on the U.S.'s national public television provider (PBS) since its debut."

Oh gee, more false strawman fake arguments with a bunch of stupid emoticons? Liberals just can't have honest debates anymore. There is no reason or substance to their arguments. All I see is stupidity and trolling.

As if liberals know anything about facts or science. Give me some facts or science. The left is frightened by the facts and science of abortion and global warming and rely purely on lies and slogans.
