Still evading that Phd discussion, I see. Not unexpected. Of course you don't. You don't talk of styles of martial arts you learned or anything like that - where your knowledge can be tested. But you just call yourself an expert. Even MMA experts discuss their belts and grades and they are what the Chinese call "Chop Suey" martial artists - practitioners of an assortment of techniques from different schools and styles but masters of none. Humility! You. I see. I also understand why you've taken this decision too. It's the same attitude behind your decision to refuse to click on the links I provide to you to demonstrate how factually inaccurate and wrong you so often are. The devil IS in the detail and the more detail you provide the more the devil leaps out.
Then you haven't been involved in a riot have you? As I've answered your queries its only fair that you answer mine. And you don't know if I did or did not see this particular "riot" as you call it.
I think some of us are still awaiting a comment from you about why you felt that mentioning Sharia was relevant or appropriate to this incident. You will have noticed that the piece you linked to said nothing whatsoever about Islam, Muslims or specifically Sharia. Well...?
Simply that under Sharia these thugs and assorted anarchists wouldn't get away with rioting like they get away with it under British law.
Who says anyone who was caught 'got away' with anything? Or are you advocating a summary execution for actions like this?
Yes, I'm saying that they should be lined up against a wall and shot dead. Jesus wept! What I'm really saying is that if they feared the repercussions of mob violence then they wouldn't be so keen to perpetrate it.
No I'm not. I've asked you a legitimate question which you still refuse to answer despite the fact that I've answered yours. Not a very British trait to be this rude is it now?
That is what the idiots in the country want as well. Amazing that people will surrender their personal defense so easily.
Your the one who want's to know so just spend some time and read my posting history as I posted these things in other members topics specific to the subject. AboveAlpha
Oh please!! I am not hear for you to cross examine!!! If you don't want to believe a single thing I post I could care less!! I let my posting history read for itself!! And here is the last little bit I will inform you of.......... .......people who train in a specific form of Martial Arts....usually train in a specific Masters Dojo or if a person is a Todai of Kung Fu and trains in a Temple or Arena.....ARE PAYING MONEY TO LEARN AND ACHIEVE SPECIFIC BELTS OR LEVELS OF TRAINING!!! I am not learning a variety of Martial Arts in the manner. I am an EXPERT in HAND TO HAND COMBAT. I have been trained and I have trained other to use a wide variety of Martial Arts and Mixed Martial Arts in order to achieve the desired effect. I have learned the disciplines of many Martial Arts but I and the people I work with have no interest in obtaining any BELTS to do the JOB....unless I or others like me does this on the side for fun. I will not discuss this to any further extent. AboveAlpha
They aren't mostly scum; they are mostly young people looking to dance through the night to music. And how the adjudication of matters of family and interpersonal rulings within the Muslim community would have an impact on a music event would also need some explaining. Most of these illegal parties proceed with no police intervention. When there is police intervention there are rarely riots. Not to say there may be no obstruction or peaceful resistance...just nothing that would cause the police to fear for their safety. a quote from the organisers to bring some other perspective to this party: Yeah...these guys are really scum!
Very soon, when the liberal mind-set prevails and anarchy becomes endemic, you might be a victim of mob violence, then you might remember this exchange. Meanwhile -
Oh death where is thy sting! I unfailingly answer questions put to me, and I thought I'd answered the one you're referring to, but to save save me trawling back to find it (I've forgotten what it was!), please ask me again and I'll answer it again - hopefully to your satisfaction this time!
Peruse this link, then come back and tell me if you think these are 'mostly young people looking to dance through the night to music' http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/...anti-capitalist-protesters-million-mask-march ( )
Unless the Million Mask march had sound systems and was purported to be a mobile rave I fail to see the relevance? Because there will be some crossover? Let's focus on the rave scene which is what the original OP was linked to...these people are 'mostly young people looking to dance through the night to music'. Unless you have specific knowledge of the rave scene or the ethos of free party organisers I would suggest you are misapplying the term scum.
Alright then 'anti-social, selfish and dissolute individuals who have no respect for anyone' in their hedonistic pursuits?
Personally I think anyone who listens to techno all night is brain damaged!!! And there is nothing wrong with having a little respect for other people. AboveAlpha
hahaha...what? Are you talking about ravers? Cerberus, I'm a raver...or doofer as we are known in Australia. Now I'm no angel and although some of my doofing friends are nicer people than I they are not angels either. But we are far from scum mate. We hold jobs across service sectors, we raise families with kids that are polite and respectful (mostly )...we do normal stuff mate. Having actually been to raves I am not suggesting that outside of the non-angelic status of some regular people there are also not some real anti-social tools...but if you are calling all ravers scum then I would challenge you to contradict that you have never actually been to a rave.
Absoutely. Music has a profound effect on the brain and if you don't like Techno I imagine a loud night of it would push your grey cells to the edge of sanity. All for respect...in differences of opinion as well.
I have no issue with people who enjoy it....but I do question their sanity after a whole night of repetitive beat. Of course I am just kidding as Techno is designed for dance. AboveAlpha
There are ups and downs...most long doofs I attend have a downtempo stage playing dub or ambient. And for those of us lucky enough to attend outdoor parties, there are the little camps that spring up for socialising and relaxing.
