That's because the settler problem has become more pronounced since Israel withdrew from Gaza. None of the agreements in the past have any sway in the fact that Palestinians are actively resisting and protesting the expansion of the settlements.

Since there is no agreement that regard the settlements and forbid any expension of them, then they can keep protesting (within the limits of the law) how much they want. The protests wont stop action that was never been forbidden.

The settlements have always been an obstacle to peace.

And that's just scratching the surface. To say that the Israeli settlements have never been a problem is not realistic.

You cant say that the peace with Egypt is a singular achievement since Israel has peace with Jordan as well.

Correct, there are no more Sadats. Instead of "Sadats" you have terror organizations like Hamas, ISIS,The Islamic Jihad etc.

The independece war didnt led to the creation of Israel. The creation and the anouncement of Ben Gurion about the establishment of the state of Israel would have been anounced either way.

    When I wrote:
Was about your claim that there were no decisive victories since Israel's foundation, but of course we both agreed that in the six days war it was a decisive victory of Israel. My statement didnt relate on the reason of ending the war.

Israel has been at war since it was created.

If there had been a decisive victory Israel would not still be at war. How long has it been?

That's right, and there are very few Muslims in Egypt or anywhere who would not prefer to remove Israel from the map.

According to the article you provided:
But the man that wrote this article (which there lay out his opinions about the settlements) use what Malley said, but forgot to mentioned that according to Clinton, as he wrote in his autobiography, that Arafat is the man to blame for the feilure on Camp David talks, since he didnt provide any counter-offers to Barak offers (and to his offers).

    The man continue to write:
But he forgets to mention that the Arabs in the West Bank get a higher amount of water then it was agreed upon in Oslo:
    Source: http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-4665260,00.html

As I already stated, if the Arabs have claims about parts of settlements or whole settlements were built on private lands, they can take it to the Israeli Supreme Court with evidences to their claims, and to let the judges decide. But since the Arabs didnt do it about whole of the settlements and only about few, then I dont see the problem.

The Israeli government decided several days ago to give discounts taxes for 403 cities in Israel. Do those 403 cities in Israel are also an obstacle for peace just because they get discounts taxes?

I only wrote that since there is no agreement that regard the settlements and forbid any expension of them, then they can keep protesting (within the limits of the law) how much they want. The protests wont stop action that was never been forbidden.

So Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah (etc) are all entities that Israel is fighting, but Israel has peace treaties, and quite from Syria (a country that suffer civil war and cant really attack at this point of time any other country) and Lebanon (that state, not te territory).

Israel is at war against terror, like Frence, US, UK, Belgium and the rest of the world is.

That is what comes from not winning decisive victories in war. 1945? Right?

It was the last decisive unambiguous military victory of the West. Victory is now virtually illegal.

Nope... there currently is no other violent racist regime oppressing other people across their border longer than Israel. And them Jews get away with it, because they corrupt western governments to help them out with it. Because of that, they keep on popping up in the western news.... where people judge what them Jews do. And western people dont like ethnic cleansing, racism, oppression etc.

I pity you for your knowledge of what "them Jews" do. Here, let me enlighten you just a little, and there's a lot more where these come from. As always, waiting for the similar praised on Pallies:

    Amazing Facts about Israel

“If you go to the Middle East looking for oil, you don’t need to stop in Israel. But if you go looking for brains, for energy, for integrity, it’s the only place you need to stop when you go to the Middle East”.
    Warren Buffet, Chairman, Berkshire Hathaway

"What sets Israel apart for us is the spirit of the people and the commitment to
    innovation."
Steve Bolze, President and CEO GE Healthcare

"Israel is a major player in the high tech world. People in high tech are very aware that Israel - compared to its small size - has some amazing technological achievements. There is a greater concentration of talented high tech manpower here in comparison to other countries - almost to the extent of Silicon Valley."
    Bill Gates, Founder of Microsoft.

"This is a cutting edge community. If you look around the world, many of the countries that you visit are a few steps behind the cutting edge. If you come to Israel you feel you are right there."
Richard Lampman, Senior Vice President of Research in Hewlett Packard

"Israel is an incredible source of entrepreneurship and brilliant ideas."
    Safra Catz, President of Oracle

"Israel is a hotbed of new raw technology and scientific developments."
Matthew I. Growney, Managing Director, Motorola Ventures

"Israel is a small country with a tiny population, yet it has many significant high-tech success stories"
Sven Lingjaerarde, Co-founder and general partner, Vision Capital

Why do people want to deprive the world of the best, the brightest, the most giving to us all is beyond me.

Did you know, there are over two hundred territorial conflicts going on in the world, some of them precede Israel- Palestine? Did you know, some of them are more bloodier?

Yes, of course 'it was there to begin with', but it's what the Israelis have done with their bit of it (think irrigation), and what the Palestinians er, haven't! If it was all barren desert the Palestinians wouldn't want Israel.

The Camp David Accords were by no means "generous". Arafat may have failed in providing a counter-offer, but Barak's offers were far from fair and just.

The settlements are declared illegal by international law. What right does Israel have to continue building over East Jerusalem and expanding its current settlements?

Reductio ad Hitlerum is a form of association fallacy.[2][3] The argument is that a policy leads to – or is the same as – one advocated or implemented by Adolf Hitler or the Third Reich and so "proves" that the original policy is undesirable. Although some policies (particularly eugenics) have been abandoned in part owing to such comparisons, the fallacious nature of reductio ad Hitlerum is easily illustrated by identifying X as something that Adolf Hitler or his supporters did promote but which is not considered unethical by many, such as painting (like Winston Churchill), enjoying classical music (like some of the July 20 plotters), owning dogs (like Franklin Delano Roosevelt), advocating good roads (like Dwight Eisenhower), demonstrating nationalistic patriotism (David Ben-Gurion), speaking well (like Martin Luther King), or having difficulty with existing authorities (like Mohandas Gandhi), all of whom were either enemies of Hitler or ideological opposites[citation needed]. For example: "Hitler loved animals, so animal protection is a National Socialist activity [because the things Hitler are seen as wrong, or because it could lead to results ideologically or morally aligned with Hitler]." Used broadly enough, ad Hitlerum can encompass more than one questionable-cause fallacy type, by both inverting cause and effect and by linking an alleged cause to wholly unrelated consequences. For example, Hitler was fond of children,[4] but to argue that affection for children is wrong on this basis is not persuasive.

Another instance of reductio ad Hitlerum is asking a question of the form "You know who else...?" with the deliberate intent of impugning a certain idea or action by implying Hitler held that idea or performed such action.[5] The phrase is often used ironically for its humorous effect.[citation needed]

An invocation of Hitler or Nazism is not a Reductio ad Hitlerum when it illuminates the argument instead of causing distraction from it.[6]

It's also an apartheid state where it's Jewish citizens vote in governments to ethnic cleanse Arabs across the border to expand their homeland Jew nation.

Do note... that the Jews also thieve the water from the Arabs in the WB... so they can irrigate their lands and Arabs can not.
