I got fed up from the impolite behaviours against me and many Turkish people during our arrivals and departures to and from EU countries, USA and Israel. They are all stupid. They are still questioning Turkish people while they are wellcoming or farewelling EU,USA,Israel citizens.
Who have bombed Twin Towers in USA? Who have made killings in France last year? Who have slaughtered people in Paris this year?
As far as I know, most of Paris attackers were all French citizens.
15 of the 19 hijackers for USA attackers were Saudi Arabia citizens.

So,why the hell EU, USA, Israel make these kind of passport controls against Turks and some other countries while American, French, English,Russian,Chinese citizens are passing by us without any serious control?

Of course,we have to ask this question much more stronger to our government than at these forums.
Why doesn't Turkiye ask visa from USA, EU while they are very seriously asking so many requirements from Turkiye?
This also hows actual and previous Turkish governments inferiority complex against USA and EU.

I am terribly pissed of regarding this subject as I have to very frequently travel all around the world.

European countries, Israel, and the United States should not discriminate toward people coming from Turkey.

The Turks are famous for spies and double agents in the Intelligence community. Scrutiny deserved.

Deal with the realities dude....If anyone is coming from or going to a middle Eastern country or has a Passport from these areas they will obviously be profiled for increased scrutiny. You can thank the fact that most people who blow stuff up are from there and aircraft are a good target for them.

Why deal with it when there is a "poor me" discrimination lawsuit out there in PC (afraid of minorities) courthouse and news outlets. Obamas brave new world is telling these suspects they are discriminated against. Those that see the real world, say deal with it. Have you been to America lately? Dealing with the hard truth is a thing of the past, for most. If the real world stresses you too much the fantasy world the media and PTB produce can take you in, just have faith that Big Brother is watching out for you, not watching you.

I can't blame you for being pissed, Kemalistdevrimci - our visa and screening processes are a (*)(*)(*)(*)ing joke. That was made painfully clear after the recent shooting in San Bernadino, and now the geniuses in the Obama Administration want to throw safety to the wind and let tens of thousands of refugees from a nation that is infested with homicidal jihadist psychopaths into our country.

Anybody that travels a lot knows that there are going to be differences in how countries deal with the various nationalities. It's just a fact of international travel, so get used to it or stay home.

Generally visas a required for citizens of otherwise friendly countries to prevent their trips to from being one way. Maybe the Turkish government should consider creating conditions that allow for the growth of domestic industry and wealth rather than be a source of cheap labour for Europe and North America.

I am sorry you have encountered this problem in my country. As all people, some are good and some are bad. People from what I understand don't dislike Turkey in anyways, my only thought wouldf be less educated Americans that lump Turkey in with the rest of the Middle East. I personally hope we remain good friends as you have so much history in your countries I simply have to see before I die!

We are learning it from our big brother.
You must not even try to argue about that. American conculate in istanbul is the center of spying in middle east.
when you see the building you can also understand it.

I gave a response to one of those flowers in this forum previously.
I am sure you also deserve the same response.

    http://www.moonofalabama.org/2015/1...-turkish-spies-within-the-islamic-state-.html

[By January 2014] American intelligence had accumulated intercept and human intelligence demonstrating that the Erdoğan government had been supporting Jabhat al-Nusra for years, and was now doing the same for Islamic State. ‘We can handle the Saudis,’ the adviser said. ‘We can handle the Muslim Brotherhood. You can argue that the whole balance in the Middle East is based on a form of mutually assured destruction between Israel and the rest of the Middle East, and Turkey can disrupt the balance – which is Erdoğan’s dream. We told him we wanted him to shut down the pipeline of foreign jihadists flowing into Turkey. But he is dreaming big – of restoring the Ottoman Empire – and he did not realise the extent to which he could be successful in this.’

Don't feel bad. You have too look at the humorous side of things. They locked me up in the airport so they could check my baggage on the way to Athens, and I'm an old woman, born and raised in America and as fair as a Swede to boot. I couldn't understand what they were doing, but my granddaughter did... (experience you know), and it freaked her out.
I figured it had to do with my jokes on the internet, and CIA might have been mentioned one too many times.

And then there's my grandson who looks Lebanese, and who wasn't allowed get on a plane to Cyprus because he was carrying a book on Iran. But then again it might have had to do with the computer and his connection with some very evil person... like me.

It may be because the "mass schizophrenia" some Greeks suffer may have been considered as pose of threat to innocent Americans...

Check this one for example, some of these guys think they are grandmas, the reports say...
