Kentucky's Mall St. Matthews Shuts Down After Brawls Involving Up to 2,000

WOW... so this is the future of america, brawling and shutting down malls... 1000 to 2000 people estimated to be involved in this event... so were these the small towns entire teenage population, or are people coming from the outside invading towns and destroying them because they've already been kicked out or destroyed all the places near them? I have no idea what to really make of this, its a wonder this mall didn't already have a curfew set in place or an adult escort policy for children under 18 after certain hours... almost every mall near me now has a restriction on teens for this very issue, although it was not to this large a degree at once, just instance after instance, which drove customers away from the mall for safety reasons...

it seems every year teens get more destructive with less consequences, and we're forced to add more security and more restrictions on everything in life... who is at fault? how do you fix this? is it even possible? I see more mobs of teens every year "thuggin" white people and trying to make them nervous and scared... its a game to them, its entertainment to catch and post the videos, its this another extension of this behavior and reality?

Thugs are America's real enemy. Homegrown terrorists with their "knockout games", drive by shootings, flash mobs...

Yeah, this is this country's future, thanks to the lazy-ass parents who don't give a rip what their little cherubs are up to. Way to many teen thugs can do whatever they want and no consequences.

Recently I heard on tv that many restaurants are starting to hand out notices to the parents who come in w/little kids to control their kids. My reply is "GOOD!" More than once I've been in a restaurant and someone's kids were running around, screaming at the top of their lungs....that makes a nice, comfortable atmosphere for the other diners who can't even hear the person/people they're with....if these parents can't control their little terrorists, then they should be told to leave......

Anyway, this crap goes back to bad parenting. That's where it starts.

This became another "Project X." When things get out of hand, chaos erupts.

Is concealed carry allowed in this mall? I could be wrong, but I would guess not.

What is so funny about brain dead fighting thugs in a mall, scaring the hell out of people b/c they don't know what's going to happen next, like one of the idiots whipping out a gun.....?

Interesting there's no video of the actual violence. Kind'a of a faceless "teen violence" thing.
Anyway, this is why people need to carry. By their own admission, the police were far out numbered. The best they could do is shut down the mall & hope the kids would dispurse. They didn't even arrest anyone! 2000 law brakers, 0 arrests?????

So you'd shoot kids causing property damage?

Property damage? Na. But if they were harming anyone that has nothing to do with the fights or whatever was going on, then yeah plug the little bastards.

I wouldn't want the teen-age terrorists killed, but if they got a nasty little bullet hole in their arm or leg, it might give them some food for tho't....like, 'is it worth it? Next time I might be killed".....and m/b mummy or daddy would think about their little cherub's 'activities' and become the right kind of parent........

Well I wouldn't want to kill a teenager either, but it would depend on the situation. If I was by myself I probably would t do more than try to defend myself or someone else if they attacked. Now if my girlfriend and the baby were with me then I would have no issue putting as many down as possible.

But are you certain you could shoot them without killing them?

There are arteries in the arms and legs that bleed heavily when cut, and in that situation, I don't think ambulances would be able to get to them quickly.

I mean, I don't condone what those children are doing. It is wrong, and the fault lies mostly with the parents lack of parenting skills.

However, I don't believe that killing someone is a valid solution unless your life (or the life of another person you choose to protect) is in IMMEDIATE danger. Gunning someone down in the back that is running away after committing a crime is wrong, IMO. As is shooting someone just for non life-threatening crimes like stealing property.

I mean, does human life have less value than a TV? Really?

Cultural Marxist demoralization and destabilization. They'll attempt to use this as an excuse to take away YOUR freedoms. Since criminals don't obey laws anyway, they'll retain their freedoms to loot and terrorize. Case in point, was any of these 'youths' arrested? Nope!

Interesting how the article never mentions the race of the rioters and violent criminals.

And that's part of the problem, no one paid a price for this.

Wouldn't the mall have cameras in many, if not all places?

I think it is likely that the police will get those tapes, and can then ID the teens and prosecute as needed after the violence has ended. So to say the teens won't pay a price is a bit premature, IMO.

What is so amazing about that story is how the liberal media (in this case NBC) still insists on the god forsaken Politically-Correct coverage of stories like that.

If you look at that NBC video, you'll see that no teens are shown, nor are any of them physically described. This news commentator vaguely goes into detail, guestimating the numbers involved, nor very little information about those involved. In NBC's portrayal, it's almost a chipper story to report.

But, if you were to suspect, like I did, that this was another incident of lack coverage of the common Flash Mob USA, then maybe I'm not alone. But, before the Left starts screaming, let me provide some stats to ease their minds.

St. Louis is a city of the black majority. Whites are a smaller number, and those numbers continue to decrease.

    http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/states/29/29510.html

And even some moderate news sources were able to provide more information (and photos) than that of NBC.

    http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...BlitzRss&utm_campaign=usatoday-newstopstories
    http://www.wlky.com/news/police-on-scene-of-incident-at-mall-st-matthews/37141942

And then we have other sources that not only mention black teenagers as the instigators, but also provide vivid photos of them, and mention more than just what occured in St. Louis, but also in malls in Jersey, Baltimore, and Virginia during the holiday season.

That's because race will never be mentioned, unless it's all the white man's fault.

Did I say that? ...hold on let me check.......................................well gee...no, I didn't say that.
However, if it was my property being trashed I'd damn well stop the little kiddies & if they posses a threat to me or my family I'd damn well stop them in their little kiddie shoes, too.

What the hell?! Where did all this babble come from? All I said was "I wouldn't want the teenage terrorists killed..." Not "I would shoot them in the leg or arm..." See the difference? I was talking about in general, them shot by a CCW or cop..... good grief!

And if you had read any of my posts, I've talked a lot about the stupid, lazy parents out there and this is the results.... teenage terrorists on the streets, in the malls - all over! In fact, if you read the posts, I had commented on restaurants giving parents notices to control their kids.

And as for the rest of your post, I never said a word about 'shooting someone in the back', etc....
