Yeah but you should have to do one every time someone hands you a weapon. Sharing weapons shouldn't be allowed they can get stolen that way and used in crimes you know.

You and your friend should go to an FFL and do some paperwork to make sure you're not using a stolen weapon, and he can make sure you're not a felon.
