Amazing, and here 'Moon of Alabama' said that it was four Commanders of Al Nusra/Al Queda that were killed. Thank heaven we have the Turkish Anadolu news to let us know what's really going on...I mean let's face it, only Russian Generals could be dumb enough to hold meetings in mountains with Turkmans.

Here's some more from Moon of Alabama...which has to be lies of course:

Good news from Syria. The battlefield (type of) 'negotiations' over the insurgency's supply route to the north were successful.

After nearly four years the siege on Nubl and Zahraa has been lifted. The northern supply route from insurgency held areas in Aleppo province and Aleppo city to Turkey has been severed.

While fire control over the supply route was achieved yesterday there were still Jabhat al-Nusra forces holding the village Muarrasat al Khan. Those forces were destroyed today with a two pronged attack by the Syrian army coming from east and Hizbullah fighters coming from the besieged Nubl and Zahraa area in the west. Those fighters had earlier arrived by helicopter. At least four higher commander of Nusra and other groups where killed during the fighting. They Syrian army will now continue the offensive to widen and secure the new corridor.

There is now only one supply line left between the insurgents in Idleb and Aleppo province and Turkey. It leads north-west from Idleb city along the M45 motorway and crosses at Bab al Hawa to the Turkish city of Reyhanli (map.) It is some 40 kilometers west of Aleppo city and Russian air superiority make the road dangerous to use. The Russian air force will take care that no major traffic is able to use the crossing.

Over the next months the current offensive should also have reached that border zone and seal all other potential crossing venues. Russia made clear that there will be no end to the war until the border is under full Syrian government control.

Additional progress was made by the Syrian army today in Latakia. East of Aleppo the army took the village As Sin and has nearly surrounded a contingent of Islamic State fighters at the Aleppo power plant. In Homs province the already surrounded large insurgency held area of Rastan will soon be split in two. In the south new attacks were launched to widen the supply corridor to Daraa.

The moral of the Syrian army has remarkably increased and victory begets victory. I expect the campaign to continue at the current pace. The insurgency in north, south and west Syria is faltering on all fronts and their lack of new supplies will soon lead to more decisive defeats. After the insurgency is mostly destroyed it will be time to take serious care of the Islamic State in Deir Ezzor and Raqqa in east Syria. In preparation of that move the YPG Kurds, with Russian air support, are planning to take the rest of the northern border from the Islamic State.

I keep hearing references to "Moon Of Alabama" from the Putin supporters, so finally I had to take a look to see where all the crazy-ass bull(*)(*)(*)(*) comes from.

    http://www.moonofalabama.org/about.html

Ah, this explains everything. A bunch of idiots online jabbering their conspiracy theories back and forth. In fact, it's nothing more than a public forum, just like this one. I would be willing to bet that a lot of the (*)(*)(*)(*) spewed here and cites "Moon of Alabama" was written in both places by the same person.

    What a crock of (*)(*)(*)(*).

The Turks decided to make the four commanders of Al Nusra that were killed by the Syrian army, into four Russian generals...if you can believe it. Anyway there is some serious stuff going on. The one thing Turkey feared and would not tolerate was to have a Kurdistan along its border...and with good cause....since the Turkish side of the border is where the Turkish Kurds live and he fears they will want to unite with the Syrian Kurds into one country. This is why Erdogan was helping ISIS fight the Kurds. Right now the Syrian army together with Hezbollah are closing the route that supplies ISIS with arms, and Turkey with ISIS's stolen oil.

The Syrian government has to come to some kind of agreement with the Kurds in the north, and this is why Russia kept insisting that the Kurds must be part of the peace deal...but Turkey refused to allow them to come. Anyway the peace will be made on the battlefield rather than in Geneva, because there is too much animosity on both sides so it's been cancelled for the time being.

I'm just curious, do you type the same thing directly into "Moon Of Alabama", or do you copy from there and paste it here? The writing styles sure do seem similar.

Turkey should be drummed out of NATO.

If Turkey gets into a shooting war with anyone, NATO is obligated to join the fight along side with Turkey and Turkey knows it.

Indigents showed the Americans how to deal with this. All the Iraqis and Afghans we armed and trained to go into battle along side of us, shot us in the back. That's how I would handle the orders to defend Turks.

If you are trying to explain to her that moon of Alabama isn't a credible source you are wasting your time. She's committed to the point of delusion.

I bet Soighu was there...maybe even Putin? They were having a party for heaven's sake. Haven't you heard, it's the latest 'in' spot. It's called the Turkmen's Den, and it's a really wild place...belly dancing, water pipes and everything that goes with it.

Well what did you expect a woman? You forget they're Turkmen?

I'm not trying to explain it to her/him/it, I'm directly accusing her/him/it of posting here and using links to "blogs" posted there as a legimate reference, when she/he/it wrote the cited link themselves.
