There has been two new developments. On Tuesday, a Federal Judge ordered State Department Personal, and Hillary Clinton's Aides to testify under oath. The lawsuit brought by Judicial Watch alleges that Hillary's personal server was an attempt to circumvent Open Records Laws. Additionally, the Judge indicated that he might order Hillary to turnover all her emails and documents from that timeframe. That would even include those that she claimed were personal.

On Wednesday, AG Lynch testified before the house on a variety of measures. Congressman John Carter, of Texas, ask her, ""If the FBI makes the case that Hillary Clinton mishandled classified information and put America's security at risk, will you prosecute the case? Do you know of any efforts underway to undermine the FBI investigation,"
    http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-election-clinton-idUSMTZSAPEC2N0MQ10D

Lynch replied, "With respect to our investigation into how information was handled by the State Department, how they handled classified information, as I'm sure you know that matter is being handled by career, independent law enforcement agents, FBI agents as well as the career, independent attorneys in the Department of Justice. They follow the evidence. They look at the law. And they'll make a recommendation to me when the time is appropriate." Of course, Politico called that a "non-committal" response, but it did contain a new piece of information. This is no longer an investigation limited to the FBI. Now there are "independent attorneys in the Department of Justice" included. That means they are working to finalize the formal charges.

The noose is around Hillary's neck, and they are waiting on the hangman to pull the lever.

Sounds like Hillary is in too deep and the WH is going to cut their ties to her and leave her on her own. She better hope this wraps up quick because Obama's pardon is quickly running out.

Loretta Lynch knows what she is doing. Hillary did nothing wrong. Hillary will remain victorious. She did nothing criminal. This silly witch hunt has gone on way too long. Time to move on!

Conservatives remain desperate. Hillary will be fine. You guys should take a year off and analyze why all your predictions don't pan out.

In related news, Tom DeLay will hold his 51st news conference this afternoon to tell us that indictments against Hillary Clinton could come any day now.

Didn't bother to actually read the law did you? Here let me help you:

    https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/793

Hillary Clinton had more then 1700 emails containing classified information on her personal unsecured server. This included 22 that are so classified that they could not be published in redacted form. So, please tell me how she is not guilty under this statute.

Otherwise, your nothing but a troll!

I'm sure all you Hillary fans wish they would leave your beloved criminal candidate alone. But do you really think that career State Department personnel, or her aides won't attempt to save their own necks by claiming "the devil (Hillary) made me do it." They may have worked for her, but do you really think they sold there soul to her.

We heard this for 8 years of Obama. Last election you crazies were saying he wouldn't be able to run. It was hilarious. You guys should really take a year off. Hillary is not going anywhere just like Obama didn't.

The law says the violation must have happened due to "gross negligence", failing to notice that 22 emails out of 1700 that had been reclassified had possibly sensitive info on them is far from that. Saying that you can throw people in jail simply for not having superhuman filing skills qualifies you as being worthy of your very own suspension highway bridge IMO.

But, but, but....Cankle has decided, with the Democratic party's blessing, that it's her turn. Who cares if she is a lying, stealing, murdering (*)(*)(*)(*)(*). It's her turn and she has a (D) after her name. That's all the lemmings know.

Having a private email server in an unsecured location would be considered gross negligence.

If you knew anything about what the federal governments demands (not "asks") of those who have security clearances, you wouldn't make such ridiculous statements. It's already been discovered, and documented -- Hillary broke the law, and in several different ways....

I respect your knowledge about banking and the economy, but truly, you are very incorrect regarding Hillary and what we already know that she's done. She will be indicted...and, really, she must be indicted, or we have no "justice" system at all and the laws and protocols that apply to classified intelligence information mean nothing....

Obama should just pardon her now, and then claim executive privilege over the email server.

If you run your own homebrew server off premises rather than use the one the State Dept. kindly provides for free, yes, you can be required to have superhuman filing skills.

Oh look. Another Clinton supporter with a reading disability. How can a Sec of State do her job without access to classified material? Yet, Hillary Clinton refused to have an account assigned to her on the two classified networks. So, how was she going to access classified emails and documents? She had her staff cut-and-paste, or retype, classified material into the unclassified networks, and email them to her on her personal unsecured server. That constitutes "gross negligence".

All 1700 of the emails identified contained classified information. In accordance to a court order FOIA request, they were published in redacted form. That means the actual classified information was cut out of them. All but the 22 that contained the highest level of security possible.

Further, Hillary Clinton as a former Senator, and as a Sec of State, has been briefed as to what constitutes classified and non-classified material. There is no excuse for her to have classified material on an unsecured server. Other than "gross negligence".
