It's George Soros who's behind the financing and organizing the Trump protesters with a little help from Obama's personal friend and terrorist Bill Ayres. And the tactics are the same tactics that the Nationalist Socialist Party (NAZI) "brown shirts" used and it's not surprising the biggest donor to the Democrat party (George Soros) was a Nazi collaborator during WW ll.

    In Adolf's own words...

"We might have called ourselves the Liberal Party. We chose to call ourselves the National Socialists."

And you may be right. I really don't care whether or not you call them racist. At all. Like you said, you are just being honest. Just pointing out the absurdity of the post I was responding to.

Stand your ground? The Trumpeter was the one who approached the protestor.

Which didn't happen at all in this video, unless you consider what the Trump supporter did to be "charging."

That's probably because you haven't actually watched the video.

Then the Trump supporter wasn't calm, rational or mature. Just saying.

No, sorry, he wasn't yelling in that guy's face.
LOL! Nice rationalization. In the eyes of the law, a push in the face is as good as a slap. It's called 'battery'.

Which conspiracies are you whining about ?

Soros being behind the Democrat brown shirts ?

Or is it Soros being a Nazi colaborator ?
Or is it the Obama connection to the Democrat brown shirts ?

Whining? I said I found them entertaining.

Comparing them to brownshirts in the first place, pretending that all protestors are part of some masterminded effort, etc. Take your pick.

That expression of "crybully" scores a 100+ in my choice for today's best forum post (by Unifier). :clapping:

Man, that word perfectly fits those 'Politically Correct' protesters.

I've got to remember to use it more often now...

    Crybully, crybully, crybullies.

If these protestors cannot take a little slapping around then they need to give Soros his money back and just stay home next time.

"Assault does not necessarily involve a physical attack. Assault is any action that causes the other person to fear bodily harm. It can be a slap, a punch or a shove, but it can also be a verbal threat of violence, aggressive posturing (a raised fist, jabbing a finger) or yelling angrily in someone’s face. Simple assault is a Class B misdemeanor, punishable by up to 180 days in jail."

While that might hold true for the state of Utah, it's utterly irrelevant here as this happened in New York state.

That, and what happened in New York doesn't rise to that standard in any case. That clown had to go past several people just to get to the guy he attacked.

Yelling in someone's face is pretty generally accepted as a form of assault. Unless you have actually consulted an attorney, don't assume that even in New York it is not. I'm not certain at what exact distance makes that much difference.

Don't assume? Thing is, you're assuming that it IS 'pretty generally accepted as a form of assault' and I see no evidence that it is.

Irrelevant, again, in any case, since that didn't happen in this case.

Gee, wonder why those who actually want to be there aren't violent with other people, EXCEPT those whose ONLY purpose to be there is to incite and taunt people to be violent. If a white person went into the hood and started yelling racist slurs, would you be shocked when the residents their beat his a$$? I wouldn't be shocked and I'd say he deserved it, because he purposely went out of his way to (*)(*)(*)(*) people off.

Sorry, but yelling at a politcal rally is not a crime.

Slapping someone is assault in battery.

Both were exercising their First Amendment rights. But one resorted to violence when someone disagreed with him.

    Case closed.

That depends in the legal definition of assult in that particular state.

In the case of New York, you are wrong.

The protester not only has grounds for filing charges, but the evidence is on national televsion.

Actually, most Trump events are hastily slapped together on short notice. Trump events are rarely announced more than a day or two in advance.

And the violence that his fans display are the product of his own well documented record of incitment.

Trump actually has very little to say, since he has no real platform other than about one paragraph's worth of slogans, none of which mean anything. and a few proposals that are so preposterous that they actually scare most people with any sort of basic intelligence.

If Mr Trump wants his audience to behave with respect then he has to act like it, which he has never done.
