Did I ever tell you about the time I sprinted 75 miles uphill pulling a stalled bus full of orphans with a rope in my teeth? I needed my hands free to throw the grenades, you know, lobbing them 2 miles with pinpoint accuracy. That was the easy part, it was hitting the moving jets that was difficult.

 

My diet consists of a LOT of Protein.

I also take in 5000 to 7500 calories daily just so I won't lose weight.

Before I go do a JOB my Team and I CARBO BOOST as we take in over 20,000 Calories in Complex Carbs before we go on a JOB.

The REASON for this is my...or rather another persons Team now as I am finally retired....are all men of muscle and endurance.

I need to eat I believe it is about 2500 Calories a day not to lose weight even if I was in bed all day and not moving as my body metabolism burns calories in a STATE OF REST.

This is because of the insane physical regiment I put myself through every day I am not working in the field doing a JOB.

Being OLDER than my 20 somethings means I have to HUFF IT over rough terrain carrying a heavy load in my pack and doing this at my age means I have to work 3 times as hard during my down time to keep my body in the best and well above what could be called ABOVE AVERAGE for a regular very fit person.

Over the years I have added dietary suppliments besides a special Mulivitamin such as Glucosamine and Chondroitin.

I also do not use ANYTHING THAT IS A PRODUCT THAT IS CONSIDERED AN ANTIBIOTIC SOAP OR TOWELETTE...ETC....as Antibiotics should ONLY be used when the Infection is serious and even then only as a LAST RESORT!!

I also have to get A LOT OF SHOTS!! Immunizations, Booster Shots...etc.....because in some parts of the world there are some NASTY BUGS!!!

But DIET is the real secret.

I eat ONLY High Protein and take it easy on Fruits as Fructose and Sugars as well as Machine Milled Processed Flour Products....are what a [ersons body turns DIRECTLY INTO CHOLESTEROL!!

Remember back in the 1980's and 1990's and even the early 2000's when they told us it was best for Human Beings to eat Low Animal Fat and Protein and eat a lot of Complex Carbs and Fruits and Fruit Juices.....well that was COMPLETELY WRONG!!!!

The AMA.....American Medical Association has come out and directly stated it has been PROVEN....that THE CHOLESTEROL THAT IS PRESENT AND CREATES ARTERIAL BLOCKAGES DOES NOT COME FROM ANIMAL FATS OR PLANT FATS!!!

The Human Body creates Artery Blocking and Heart Killing Cholesterol Blockages from such things as WHITE BREAD, MARGARINE, ANYTHING BE IT CEREAL OR BREAD OR PASTA MADE FROM MACHINE MILLED PROCESSED WHEAT FLOUR AS WELL AS.......BELIEVE IT OR NOT.....DRINKING TOO MUCH FRUIT JUICE OR EATING TOO MANY FRUITS CAUSES THE BODY TO CREATE COLESTEROL FROM THE FRUCTOSE!!

Anything that has HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP IS LIKE TAKING IN POISON INTO YOUR BODY!!!

Yes.... I am hearing horror stories about how bad corn syrup....(especially from GMO corn) can be for our health.

I would be honored to get your reaction to an article written by a then 87 year old physician.

As anyone with such training knows it is IMPOSSIBLE to swim against a RIP TIDE!!

A Rip Tide happens when usually a storm cuts a channel and stacks sand on either sides of this channel that the seawater from a storm digs literally from just a meter or so from the shore out anywhere from 75 to 100 feet up to 100 to 200 Meters I have seen them.

DIVERS...as I am a Master Diver...we actually LOOK FOR THEM....and use them to quickly propell us out such distances quickly as we have about 100 lbs of weight in metal tanks and weight belts and regulators and dive computers...etc.....strapped to our body.....so we go to the highest point and look for one that will shot us out toward the reef if we are not using a boat.

Now in the question I posed you as the person capable of saving one of them.....well you PICK BETTY....because to GET OUT OF A RIP TIDE.....you must swim further out to sea.....then swim a distance with the curreent to the left or right and anyone who is at the stage of PANICKING as we have the option to SAVE BETTY....a small 11 year old girl who we could control easily and if necessary deliver a blow to knock her out to save her life...........

.......OR.......we could chose Jesus, Moses or Einstein....all men.....all in a state of PANIC.....and every single one of them would FIGHT A PERSON TRYING TO SAVE THEIR LIFE TOOTH AND NAIL as in order to save them you must bring them FURTHER OUT TO SEA.....which for them PSYCHOLOGICALLY IS TERRRIFYING!!!!

They would fight you.....they could posssible hurt you.....and you could drown along with all of them!!!!

Betty....a Man like myself and most men can control.

If necesssary to save Betty's Life.....I could easily knock her out.
