Wow, looks like this economic crisis has really overturned global politics!!!!! Trump might be the next president of the USA. Goodbye Clintons!!! Wouldn't want to be ya!!!! http://www.commondreams.org/views/2016/05/23/why-trump-might-win
I thought the libs told us Trump was just a "flash in the pan".... he'll be gone by winter.. etc... dumbshiets...
(*)(*)(*)(*) the New York Times. I won't even watch a movie that they claim is great. They've lost all credibility and any luster they had.
I don't care I dont listen to anything Krugman says. I personally am worried if he says something I like. Krugman is the Marisa Tomei of economics. He won the highest prize decades ago and has pretty much leaned on that the rest of his career. Paul Krugman Nobel Prize winner is basically the same as Marisa Tomei Oscar winner. But at least Tomei is still beautiful. In years of Spiderman films I and every other red blooded American now want to pork Aunt May.
As long as we dont have to see another spiderman source story I am good with it, she can be as hot as Marvel wants!
In your link Reich calls Trump "dangerous". Dangerous to whom? The establishment that is sending our jobs abroad and turning the US into a third world country?
Let's get another thumbs up from you. I'm sure it'll help Trump greatly. Oh, and those cops that were shot? I'll use your logic when Akai Gurley was shot and killed: it was no great loss.
Yes. They see Trump as interfering with corporate-America, with their ability to operate as they see fit, to do business in China by exploiting cheap labor. George Will of the Washington Post has been decrying Trump for a long time now!
Odds of Trump willing are not good. I would like Trump to win .. strictly for personal selfish business reasons relating to his stance on oil.. but, it is looking doubtful. Back a few months ago when the mainstream media had Trumps chances as almost non-existent, the odds makers had him at 2-1. Not a long shot at all. Interestingly the odds ( the best historic predictor and obviously most objective - money is not partisan ) up until a couple weeks ago were still 2-1. Since these latest Trump tapes ... the odds have now gone to 5-1. This is a huge change. Trump winning is still possible but (sans some miracle type event) .. Trump is done.
I'm a little disturbed at this campaign strategy, though, this below-the-belt stuff. I'm not in Trump's corner at this point not because of this sexual nonsense, but because he's ignorant and unfit to be president, and because I worry a little about his personality and the character of his "loyal supporters". I recall feeling some trepidation because he had some basic features in common with Hitler and his ilk - using fear and slogans to rise to power and being the kind of guy who might tear the nation apart for the sake of ideology. He has not done much lately to change my view here, but rather has reminded me of that and kind of reinforced it for me lately. But having his opponent engaging in this kind of propaganda and having people eat it up.. That's also worrying. We shouldn't have people this messed up running for president and we shouldn't have campaigns this messed up either. I really don't like where this nation is at politically.
If Trump does win, I hope he keeps a list of the Media outlets that tried to smear him for Hillary and never grants them any interviews or appearances. Give the ratings to the honest journalists.
I do not think that either candidate is fit to be president. My general position is that both Red and Blue are essentially the same when it comes to the more significant issues. Both hate the principles on which this nation was founded - Individual rights and freedoms - and the constitution. Both are hell bent on trampling on liberty and turning this country into a more totalitarian police state. In addition.. both support the Oligopolies (or rather the Oligopoly-Bureaucracy Fusion Monster) that run this country through regulation to keep out competition allowing anti competitive practices and price fixing. . Both are destroying free and fair markets, shifting the tax burden on the worker and putting the worker into a form of indentured slavery. Trump is just one man .. It's his baggage (the GOP) that I worry about.
Krugman never was much. GREAT MOMENTS IN SELF-AWARENESS: Kavanaugh Called ‘Smarmy, Smirking, Entitled…Mercenary’ — by Paul Krugman.
Not sure what Krugman or Kavanaugh has to do with the post you are responding to but - Long shots sometimes pay !
