I can't describe in words the way this makes me feel.

Some people here will say it's the woman's choice. WHAT TYPE OF CHOICE IS THIS ?!?
Good grief! Is this what society has come to?!? Where it's just a woman's choice because she wants to fit into a wedding dress?

 

It's completely irrational to judge "society" on the act of one person....especially if the person is doing a completely legal action.

 

Is completely rational to judge society if that action, however few people it is committed by, is allowed to remain completely legal.

 

There are probably few who would approve of this woman's reasons, but it is not up to any of us to judge another woman's reasons for choosing abortion. While I believe it is insane to spent $15,000 on a wedding dress in the first place, a child deserves better than to have a mother who resents giving up a part of her life to give a child life. She is not obligated to provide a child for a man who wants one whatever his reasons may be. He also has the option of freezing sperm to use at a later date. Perhaps he would do well to reconsider his choices and perhaps look for a woman with more down-to-earth values.

 

It's sickening.

But imagine the quality of care a child would have received from that woman.

It also reveals the extent to which an overdiscussion and brainwashing around the abortion issue have twisted the values of some people. Equally sickening.

 

I don't care why a woman chooses to abort, it is none of my business. Either abortion should be legal or not, reason shouldn't matter.

 

This woman has a legal right to terminate her pregnancy. That said, her actions are borderline disgusting. And I'm speaking as someone who is pro choice.

"Women" is plural, it does not automatically mean "all women". Women get abortions for the most ridiculous reasons - data shows about 95% of abortions are for convenience, not for rape/incest/life of the mother.

Only an abortionist would make the absurd jump that preventing a woman (that's singular by the way) from killing a baby is putting that woman into slavery.

The only odd thing is why you support killing pre-born babies but not post-born children. If your attitude were applied consistently then this mother would be let off free of any charges and killing her 3 children would not be in the news at all:

What if she agreed to spare the child's life if you would agree to adopt him/her? What would you do?

Just because somethings is legal does not make it's use for the wrong reason moral. Just because one or a tiny number of people misuse a legal right that does make that legal right wrong for all of the people who use the right for abortion for the right reasons.

You should not generalize by using the actions of a tiny minority to deny the rights to a majority.

 

I consider it a mercy killing. The poor child who would be raised by those two ********s would be terrorized for 18 years. However, I would not be against sterilizing her permanently.

 

Calling BS on this, the only places I can find any mention of it are on the archived Yahoo answers and LifeNews, neither of which are really that reliable, plus you have a history of posting lies.

 

You still haven't explained why an abortion for rape isn't "murder" but any other reason is.......
