Google faces of socialism images. Hitler is everywhere but the main point is look at all those faces. It never ends well.
And the rest were communists not socialists. - - - Updated - - - He was in fact a NAZI. That's a right wing dictator.
The above is one of my favorite BS rivers among the left today, the old "name and shame" dodge. The way it works is denizens of the left, beholden to no consistency or any kind of reasonable taxonomy whatsoever (because the whole thing/dogma is made up crap), freely shed SELF-CHOSEN descriptors like snakes shed skin, when those SELF-IDENTIFIERS become inconvenient. "Oh, I'm not a Marxist anymore, I'm a socialist... wait, I'm a communist... wait, I'm a progressive." Reasonable people see through this dodge-ball game, hell a child could. The Great Irony is how bountifully free they are with labeling others, applying a fount of "isms" to anything that isn't... well... isn't whatever we are calling... authoritarian central statist control...this week.
Communism is extreme socialism and socialism is Communist lite. Different levels of the same dogma and an example of a distinction without a difference
You need to get your facts straight on the word NAZI too. The letters stand for something. "The word "Nazi" is an abbreviation for the word "Nationalsozialist". The full name of the political party was the "Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei" - the National Socialist German Worker's Party."
Hitler was not a Socialist. He was a Nazi-Fascism with Nazism. Fascism and Socialism are two different ideologies. While both Authoritative the two ideologies are not the same. For example, Socialists require some kind of revolution, whether they work with the system to change it into a socialist one or a violent revolution, there is a revolution involved. The need for a revolution is because the upper classes control the government and need to be driven out to free the people for their shackles. Fascists don't want revolutions because that destabilizes the state which is the guardian of people's rights as is. That's just a very basic difference. There are plenty more, but that's the big one for me.
They just like to put ideas and people they don't like together in one convenient pile. Wanting healthcare provided by the state is the same as loving Hitler. How do we not all see how obvious that is? **sigh** Having the state provide certain needs and services has been going on for as long as anyone here has been alive. It didn't make us all socialist nazis. Maybe Bernie is asking for too much, maybe Hillary is, but neither of them is asking for anything completely new.
I know, it sucks. Honestly I just want this election to be over with as soon as possible. At least then people might be more willing to listen to other people again.
That's a NAME genius. So according to you the Democratic Republic of Korea (North Korea) is a democracy? - - - Updated - - - If you listened to what's happened in politics over the last 30 years...that's not likely.
If Hitler was such a devout socialist why was it that the parties of the right who made Hitler chancellor and voted for the Enabling Act of 1933?
The first state in history provided needs and services for its people, so I guess King Tut was a Nazi. So was Alexander, Caesar, and Queen Elizabeth. Everybody is a Nazi except Trump. Trump is a nationalist, and we all know that the Nazis weren't nationalists. Smh. The ignorance shown by extremists of all shades is fascinating, but none more so than the extreme right painting everyone they don't like as the second coming of Hitler, and their ignorance of nationalism and racialism, which were main components of Nazism.
And why did he send socialists and communists to concentration camps? They were identified with a red triangle, which was for political prisoners, and included social democrats, socialists, trade unionists, Freemasons, communists, and anarchists. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nazi_concentration_camp_badge#Single_triangles People are dumb.
And neither have anything to do with Nazism or fascism. From "What Is Fascism, 1932" by Benito Mussolini. ... ...Fascism [is] the complete opposite ofÂ…Marxian Socialism, ... http://legacy.fordham.edu/halsall/mod/mussolini-fascism.asp Straight from the horse's mouth, but I'm sure your denial and rationalization skills will come up with something to tell Mussolini he's wrong.
First - you should educated yourself a little with respect to the meaning of the term "Socialism" so you do not look so silly. Second -You forgot to include Reagan and Bush in the picks. The GOP loves Socialism.
