You got the word racist in there 3 times, but you failed to call the Mexican joint racist for not serving white people.

They didn't have a problem with them being white. They had a problem with the fact that they support a raging racist who loathes Hispanics.

    Nice try though.

They were white and the Mexicans didn't serve them because they support another whitey.

Hey, look at this, it's a Latino/Hispanics for Trump Facebook page

    https://www.facebook.com/LatinosandHispanicsforDonaldTrump/

Now, using the power of Google, can you find me a quote of Trump saying anything racist or where he loathes Hispanics. He has more Hispanic employees than Clinton, Obama and Sanders combined. In fact, he's created more jobs for Hispanics than the 3 of those clowns combined. But I like how you keep bringing this back to Trump, but he isn't the Mexican racist who refused to serve white people.

If they had been white Democrat Hillary Clinton supporters, there would have been no issue.

They were extremist trump cultists and trump is a raging racist who hates Hispanics...nothing surprising there. trump cultists should simply stay away from minorities since they candidate they support openly hates them.

Nice try making it about color...that's exactly what your kind does and why these people didn't want trump cultists in their restaurant.

This is ridiculous. A restaurant should not refuse service based on the political party you support. I would definitely boycott the restaurant.
The irony is probably most liberals would boycott the place and most Trump supporters would eat there to support them.

    I'll say two things.

If the story is true (and this is the NY Post after all!), then the folks who refused this woman are hypocrites and definately in the wrong (no question).

But, if the story is bogus (and this is the NY Post after all!), then the right wing noise machine punked you again.

Frankly, I suspect that either explanation is true.

So why are you having a hard time saying Trump does not threaten legal Mexican immigrants?

Do you think the resteraunt was owned and staffed by illegal immigrants? And that is why the resteraunt showed their racism towards a Trump supporter ?

Nice try making it about Trump when he wasn't even there. How about if a white food joint refused to serve BLM racists or supporters of racist Obama?

Face it, you're justifying discrimination and double standards but we can all see through it.

    I disagree strongly!

There are few people on this forum who are offended by the very idea of Donald Trump more than I am.

I have followed this man's carreer since the 1980, and have been in the same business he's in for a very long time. I've known who this guy is for thirty plus years, and he is the greatest loser and con man in the history of American politics.

None the less, we as Americans MUST respect the fact that everyone is entitled to their own views, and the right to voice those views, no matter who or what they are.

I hope I've made myself clear.

Don't you remember, with Progressives, it's only possible for white people to be racist.

Here's what I say. Civil rights laws, whether they are put on the books by Congress, a state legislature or a city council should be obeyed by businesses within the jurisdiction of the statute. Those laws are not 'second class'. They are no less important than laws governing wages, fire or building code, tax statutes, OSHA regulations, health and safety rules, etc. In those states or cities where gays are protected by civil rights laws from discrimination in housing, employment or public accommodation, those laws need to be obeyed.

Thus far, discrimination in housing, employment and public accommodation based on perceived political views, loyalties or vote, is perfectly legal except insofar that they represent collective bargaining or union activity. There is nothing illegal about throwing out a patron because of the bumper sticker on his car, the button on his lapel or what he says in the establishment.

I think it very inconsistent with American values to punish people because of their expressed political views in this way unless they are being disruptive. I would not want to eat at a place that treated patrons like this, just because they support the republican presumptive nominee. Its bad business and bad for all of us when this starts happening.

I would never be stupid enough to wear my Trump hat into my favorite Mexican restaurant.

For that matter, I usually hide my Trump hat. There's no telling what violent Marxist progressives might do to me otherwise.

In liberal land, this is at least as wrong as the Bakers not serving the homosexuals.

Pretty typical, hypocrisy from the left and the right on this issue.

If a restaurant owner doesn't want to serve you, because you have a Trump shirt on, tough titty. Take your money somewhere else.
If a baker doesn't want to make you a big gay Al wedding cake, tough titty. Take your money somewhere else.

    Problem solved.

I'll tell her in November. Actions(inactions) have consequences.
