Maybe some people want a president with the balls to use nukes. The Iraq war would've been done and over with one nuke and fewer casualties than there's been to date since the first Gulf War. Boom. Actually, there is very simple way to control leaders of the developing world. All you have to do is stop capital investment in those countries.
