In other news, I just read that the latest bowel movement from Donald Trump had a smell coming from it that smelled cancerous to Dogs that can detect cancer by scent.

It actually means plenty. The Hildebeest has documented thyroid disease, has documented history of DVT and CNS clot. She has a history a concussion with a documented long recovery and is on coumadin, which BTW is a risk factor for early death. Also if you didn't know, which you don't, doctors routinely have M&M conferences ( you don't know what that is) to discuss cases in which the patient is rarely if ever present. It's the same for morning report ( you also don't know what that is either) in training programs. But then there is you who knows absolutely NOTHING about the process.
