Yeah, you see Democrats and MSM like CNN urging blacks to come out for Hillary Clinton. However, after the election is over with, the Democrats will flush blacks down the toilet.

Its amazing to see Obama proclaiming that if blacks don't vote for Hillary it will be an insult to his legacy. However, I recall once, when blacks were looking for a voice from Obama, his reply was, I have to be the president for all Americans, not just blacks. If that is the case, why is he talking like that now?

This is going to be a scare election. I predict that by October, you'll hear statements from Clinton surrogates that if Trump wins, he'll unleash the Klan and Night Riders to start lynching blacks and burning down black churches. So with that sort of threat, don't you think that most black voters will conclude that Hillary better win?

Except he never stated "vote for Hillary". He made statements specifically about voter turn-out and how it would be amiss if voter turn-out dropped this election compared to 2008 and 2012 which were at historical highs.

Understandably, high voter turn-out is better for Democrats than Republicans in a presidential race, which I could see would make his statements seem dubious to some.

Blacks have seen that in almost 8 years Obama did practically NOTHING for them and neither will Hillary. For decades now democrats have promised blacks the world before the elections, and then after they are elected, they ignore blacks.

Oh!! Well I'll be damn! He did not say vote for Hillary. Well isn't that something else. You know what? That stinks like the foulest smelling human feces. because that means that CNN is distorting the news to help Hillary get elected.

Oh? So only blacks should go out and vote. I thought Obama said he is not the president of just blacks, but rather the president of all Americans. So why is it that it will an insult to his legacy if only blacks do not vote? Will it be an insult to his legacy if whites that want to vote for Trump do not vote?

The democrats treat the blacks like the US treats the Kurds; handy to have when you need them but once that is done, sell them out.

Were in the quote did Obama say only blacks should vote? What exactly is the big deal for a sitting president to push voter turn-out. . .?

You should probably read what he said, his speech is available. He is addressing voter turn out, which in 2008 and 2012 was at a historic high, particularly in the community he was addressing.

Everyone should vote don't you agree. No wait, Obama said it so you can't agree with that now can you

Democrats led the fight to create the Civil Rights Act of 1965, and became the first national political party to nominate and elect a black President. African-Americans comprise a large part of the Democratic Party's leadership, and most Democrats now in office plus most Democrats who aren't activists but support Democratic causes and issues, support strong Civil Rights policies and try to live up to them in their personal lives. I disagree with your thesis that "Democrats will flush blacks down the toilet."

    Oh???

You are still here putting forward nonsense to deflect criticism of Obama. Here's EXACTLY what he said WHILE SPEAKING TO THE CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS.

What community do you think he is talking about? Is it the community of elephants in the zoo? Is it the community of white Trump supporters? Will it be an insult to his legacy if white Trump supporters do not "activate" themselves? I thought Obama said he was not the president of blacks, but all Americans. What the hell happened to all that rhetoric?

Oh wait, he said the all Americans stuff right after he was elected, so he didn't need blacks anymore. There you go flush em down the toilet when you are done. That is Obama and the Democrats.

In case you didn't realize it 1965 was over fifty years ago. Moreover, what specifically has Obama and the black leadership you speak about done to help blacks in the last eight years? When asked specifically about helping black owned businesses, Obama's response was he is not the president of black America but all America. What's up with all this rhetoric about blacks and his legacy now? The thing is this, he said that all Americans stuff right after he was elected and didn't need black folks anymore. Now that he and his sorry a$$ Democrats need black folks, here he comes with his black community rhetoric.

Obama:The Anti-MLK and Civil Rights Movement President.
In 4 years there have been as many race riots as in the previous 30.
Everything thousands of good people fought, bled, and died for for like 10 years; He almost undoes in 4 years.
(Almost) It'll tone down once he's out of there.
Most riots AND terrorist attacks on American soil ever in a Presidential term is his legacy and he owns it.
Oh,and giving people's jobs to illegals.

Yes, the Civil Rights Act of 1965 was over 50 years ago, but the election of Obama was in 2008. The work to promote African-American and other minority rights has not been smooth and fluid, but cyclical and intermittent. Obama didn't specifically concentrate on African-American civil rights during his Presidency, but he did a number of things through executive orders and the courts to promote civil rights generally during his tenure. And, he's speaking up for them now. Widening and maintaining civil rights is a process, not a done deal. Trump wants to regress it to the state it was in before 1965. That would be a national tragedy.

He's campaigning for her. So he is telling them to vote for her. I think people can put two and two together.

I really don't care if he campaigns for her. But worrying about HIS legacy in all this? I think that's pathetic.

Imagine the effect of Donald shutting down the US Department of Education will have on poorer black kids who want to go to college.

How exactly will the Democrats "flush blacks down the toilet"? What specifically will they do that will hurt black people only?

How does Obama help specifically black businesses without some type of program like Affirmative Action that is based on race, a program that many, including yourself, would have a problem with?

Is he supposed to do commercials for black businesses? Come down and sign autographs for them? What? What is it!?

Folks are constantly talking about how the Democrats screw black people and don't help black people, but what are they supposed to do that would specifically help black people that wouldn't be called racist and compared to AA? Hmm?

They always do. What can blacks that voted for Obama claim he has done for them after they gave him their vote.

So blacks should vote for Jill Stein then.

    - - - Updated - - -

Obama is the damn president so he is the one who should be saying how he is going to help blacks specifically. If he can't do that then he should not start whining about blacks not voting being an insult to his legacy.

But one thing has nothing to do with the other. If you can't tell me how Obama or anyone in the government is supposed to help black people specifically, maybe you ought to stop saying that the government or the president should help black people specifically, as a criticism. Make sense? You can't just say that they're supposed to and then pass the buck down the line when it comes to any semblance of an idea how.

    - - - Updated - - -

What was he supposed to for black people specifically and how was he supposed to do it?
