    :roflol: Good one!!!!

Actually he did help someone. He helped himself. :roflol:

Hell, he's a rich man now because of the very same black folks who he said he is not the president of.

    Amazing!!!

Good points! I really like this one

    AMEN BROTHER! AMEN!!

That's the damn point. Time and time again its black people that bail out the Democrats. But when push comes to shove, guess what? Democrats shove blacks under the bus. Yep, right after Obama was elected, they asked him about helping black businesses. What was Obama's reply? I'm not the president of black America. That's the way it works.

Again, if black folks were paying Hillary $200,000 a speech for 20 speeches, it would be different. But because blacks don't have money, they are flushed down the toilet.

Now look,I don't know old you are.
When I was growing up,America was the land of opportunity.
People could and did work themselves up out the ghetto and into the "American Dream"
If you were willing to work, you could even have 2 jobs.
That opportunity is not there now.
    It's definitely not all Obama's fault.He didn't help anything,either.
Most of the lack of opportunity can be traced to open border policies, and NAFTA.
It saddens me to see how far America has sunk.
H.W. Bush started NAFTA and Bill Clinton signed it into policy.
And POOF! The jobs were gone.(Coupled with a bunch of illegals taking American jobs)
Then there's the no spanking and no God in school and all that.

Yeah, its really sad. Part of what happened is that some fool came up with this comparative advantage economic nonsense that essentially gave the green light for the US to outsource its manufacturing overseas. It made a few rich people a lot of money, but it has gutted this nation in terms of economics. The only thing keeping us afloat is debt.

Jobs didn't disappear with NAFTA. In fact, in 2000, the UR was at 3.8%, the lowest in decades.

What made jobs *poof* disappear was the disastrous housing bubble and its consequences.

Can you pay for your housing with 1 week's wages?

How is my situation relevant to anything?

But if you are referring to the stagnation of incomes in the middle class, that phenomenon started well before NAFTA was passed. The middle class has not shared in the economic growth of the country since the early 1980s:

If we want to see real median income growth, we need to reverse the "trickle down" policies that have effectively distributed virtually all of the economic growth since 1981 to the richer in this country, and reinstate the policies that enable the middle class to share in the nation's economic growth, as it generally did before 1981.

Because that's the rule I was taught.
It seems it really doesn't apply anymore, whereas it used to apply to a large percentage of the work force.
One week's earnings pay for housing, next one is food and utilities. The 2 after that are savings or disposable.

Well Jeez, let's not be inaccurate.

Imagine the effect of Donald shutting down the US Department of Education (except little tidbits) will have on poorer black kids who want to go to college.

Glad we cleared that up, so you can no longer accuse me of "putting forward is nonsense and is the very type of scare tactics lies that Democrats use to frighten blacks to vote for them."

There's a decent percentage of college students (getting grants, loans, and all that) incurring debt that absolutely are not College material.
They're getting gamed out of tens of thousands of dollars apiece. If not more. That's not right.
    1982 was a decent year.

The way to resolve that problem is not to cut off millions of poorer kids that need assistance to go to school just so we can give the m/billionaires even bigger tax cuts.

    That's not right.

Democrats have built their base around minorities, the Democrats entire platform is based on balkanizing the nation into minority groups and convincing those groups that they are "oppressed" and only the Democrats can save them.

Its all propaganda, and even though it took 50 years for the black community to realize they were being played for fools, the propaganda is failing.

Cutting off kids getting loans and going to college when they don't need to be is not giving billionaires more money.
It's saving them money and the government money.
If they don't have the test scores and GPA,college is not for them.
Saying it will give billionaires more money is taking a leap even Carl Lewis could never make.

Now why would kids need education, right? Just poisons their little minds, right? Donald loves 'em poorly educated. I'm sure he'd love you.

Eliminating (except for little tidbits) the DOE is necessary so Donald can give the m/billionaires the huge tax cuts he's promising.

Because for heaven's sake, those folks have suffered enough, haven't they?

You know what? That's simply ludicrous. The Donald is for across the board tax cuts;not that silly trickle down garbage.
What if they got a trade job making $140K a year? Seriously.
Something tells me you received your degree within the last 10 years if yet.

Thankfully, Bush and the Republicans gave the few rich people massive tax cuts, so they were able to get even more of the share of the nation's income and wealth.

And if Trump takes office, we can be sure that his policies will be benefiting his income and wealth as well.

"Ludicrous"? "Across the board"? Boy has the Donald got you conned. Have you even looked at his programs.

Donald's first tax plan was so "ludicrous" that they had to take it down and start all over again. But his new one isn't much better.

Trump isn't giving "across the board tax cuts" at all. He is not proposing cutting the FICA taxes at all. Tens of millions of working Americans who pay federal FICA taxes but not income taxes won't receive a dime in tax cuts under Donald's plan. Others who make middle class incomes and pay a small federal income tax might get a few crumbs.

But with a cut off the top tax rate from 40% to 33% and complete elimination of inheritance taxes, the really big boys will get a huge boondoggle from Trump's plan.

You didn't really think he'd do something that didn't give a really great benefit for himself, did you? You can fool some of the people all of the time ...

We can put aside how these tax cuts will run up the debt for another time.

Heh, that's probably as good an analogy as I've seen. "Sure we support your cause and would like to help you, but we have to wait until things are just right. Meanwhile, please provide cannon fodder to our cause."

That sounds like a good plan to me.
Ever had your friend have to sell off 40% of his farm because his grandpa died? I have.
    That's reality.
Or another friend sold their parents house and split the money with all 7 siblings;AFTER the Fed took 40%.
    Just an average house.

    LOL. Sure. Prove it.

Really? The federal estate tax doesn't kick in until there is about $10 million in assets.

That must have been some average house.

I see. Then Trump's policies will have nothing to do with it.

And tell us which state imposes a 40% estate tax on an average house?

Tell us what Republicans have done for blacks in the last three decades.

Other than scaling back voter rights, putting burdens on their right to vote, fighting against affirmative action, and cutting back programs that provide them with education and jobs and income assistance.
