    The elephant in the room that democrats try to ignore is the fact that Hillary is a criminal liar, involved in who knows how many scandals. Hillary has no one to blame but herself for the position she now finds herself in. She is who she has made herself, and it is no one that should be elected president.

    Note the title of this forum-------------opinions and beliefs.

    It is my opinion and belief Hillary is the most rotten to the core candidate any political party in the history of the nation had offered for the office of the president.

    To his credit, he posts his usual rambling incoherence in the opinions and beliefs section. I can only imagine how rarely a genuine thought pops in there, he must be dying to get to a computer when it does.

    Fact: Hillary has committed several crimes.

    Comey outlined an airtight case for conviction in July, then he backed down because he didn't have the balls to take down Clinton. That resulted in a rebellion among his FBI investigators.

    Then Anthony's weiner popped up along with 30,000 missing e-mails. This time, Comey is playing it straight and apparently he doesn't give a sh-t anymore about political pressure.

    Also, it is a crime to send "C" Classified emails through a private server. over 2000 emails were within some sort of classification between confidential and top secret.

    Lefties like it when we posts facts. Since the lefty strategy is to divert conversation off in a different direction, it becomes a great opportunity to do exactly that when a righty posts a fact. You see, the fact will then get countered with the closest lefty talking point, and then the thread gets all derailed and the OP is eventually forgotten.

    You want actual crimes? Happy to oblige; a few off the top of my head: obstruction of justice (Bleachbit and hammers after being subpoenaed), failure to comply with FOIA (the Freedom of Information Act), failure to comply with NARA (Section 1236.22 of the 2009 National Archives and Records Administration), mishandling of classified information (18 U.S.C Sec. 793(f)). And that's without even trying. Would you like to respond to these? Or would you prefer saying she hasn't done anything wrong because she hasn't been convicted of these?

    She used an unsecured, non-government server to send and receive top secret government e-mails.

    She destroyed 30,000 e-mails after receiving a court order to produce them.
