My favorite head explosions wasn't Hillarys or the MSM, it was Karl Rove, Krauthammer and George Will's. Priceless. May they all drift off into irrelevance. SOON.

On one end, I think it'd strengthen the Republicans image if they can be shown to 'compromise' wherever they can with their mandate. If they compromise and govern effectively, it will strengthen the Republicans down the line. And for the Dems, they will show that they're also trying to meet the needs of their own constituents as well the ones that didn't vote for them.

Definitely agree about "hyphenated Americans" :D That stuff is soooo annoying, the labels and the forced separation of the populace along those lines. I feel it was done by the Democrats in order to essentially divide and conquer us. They won't give up, either. They divvy us up in so many ways, so that Trump's election is basically blamed on over-45, white, non-college educated males, specifically, and every other group was pro-Hillary and should have been pro-Hillary, because Trump said mean things and Hillary was obviously their champion, and so on.

I listened to a little NPR, and they were busy soul searching and talking about all of these demographics. That's one thing NPR always does, too, is talk about demographics - minority demographics in particular. All these people do is carve us up and divide us.

Looks like Cruz's coming on board late may put him in the position of being Trump's Senate attack dog! Or...how about a Supreme Court Justice!!

And it's why I left the Democratic Party. My grandmother whose a legal immigrant in the US, she pointed it out as CBS was talking about the demographics, and she hated it too. These bastards not only divided us along racial and segregated lines, they made ordinary people out to be villians. So called privilege "for being White". Against all of the progress made by Dr. King Jr.

Screw them, screw them to hell. They do not believe in the United States, and they have a disdain for their neighbors, friends and co-workers.

Ted Cruz as a Supreme Court Justice would be amazing. Ted Cruz the politician not so much. But Cruz the Constitutionalist? There's your Scalia.

His pain is my joy. :)

And Tingles should take a bow for the role he played in helping get Trump elected. The election was more than a repudiation of Hillary Clinton, it was a repudiation of the "progressive" hacks who masqueraded as journalists while they threw any and all pretenses of objectivity out the window.

While I was glad Cruz saw the light I don't want him anywhere near the Supreme Court. His wife is too connected to the NWO, CFR, NAU and Wall St. And you know what they say 'If Mama isn't happy no one is". I'd rather see him stay in the Senate and pizz off Democrats and Rinos. aaf8b80e93844863a7ccf799b6e3f476.jpg

"Sargon of Akkad" was opposed to Hillary also. "For the good of the Republic." Smart Brits!

What makes it glorious? That it's the other "team"? That's really what the mindset of the American Boobus is. It doesn't matter what the politicians do, it matters what team they are on, and every 4 years we get a championship spectacle.

the libertarians have to teach the liberals how to accept defeat graciously, since they are so used to it in elections.

Nothing succeeds like success and Trump will have an easy time finding success, especially in foreign policy.

Just his being elected has ratcheted down tensions over a direct conflict with Russia. With Clinton gone, WW3 is no longer hanging over our heads.

I fully expect Trump to partner with Russia over terrorism.

China has to be grateful that Clinton lost and the game of chicken in the South China Sea may end. Of course, Trump can get something for this and China will be willing to concede in some areas. Remember that Xi is all about "win/win". Another easy success for Trump.

Really, Trump can spend his first year on foreign policy Just correcting the stupid crap that Obama/Clinton/Kerry has done. After such utter failure, any move in the right direction will look like a resounding success.

Hillary got the popular votes from first time low information voters, dead people voting and non citizens voting and not forgetting how many stupid people were allowed to cast a vote.

It was California who put Hillary over the top getting the popular vote and when you look at California, they have a serious problem. California has been out of step with the rest of the country for over twenty years now. 1/2 of the people in Los Angeles County of working age are classified as being illiterate or functional illiterates and they are voting ! 2/3 of California's voters think a bond initiative on the ballot is free money that falls out of the sky.

He ran on supply side economics (and using tariffs as a threat to negotiate US export fairness) and national security/immigration reform which for which secure southern border is a necessary precondition. The $1.5 T played into the new pro free market reforms will be a stimulus to the US economy.

supply side economics works when the economic borders are protected from cheap labor offshore with tariffs, and onshore with illegal immigrant labor.

when the money of the rich trickles down from doing business, it stays in America instead of leaves with illegal immigrants, or outsourced jobs to foreign countries.

How quick will it be for them to become anti-war again? The great irony of this all is that Obama got the Nobel Peace Prize but actually never had a single day in office that he didn't wage war.
