What Tea Party? Nobody has heard from it since just before the year 2012 when Obama succeeded in effectively destroying it by using the IRS for his personal political gain.
Aye; although I wouldn't be entirely surprised if now that it is safe for them to show themselves again, if they did begin putting in an appearance in order to hold Trump to his promises. The Left never got the Tea Party. It was about patriotism and fiscal responsibility and ethical behavior -- things that the Left inherently cannot fathom.
Trump will put a conservative on the Supreme Court, maybe more than one by the time he's done. I don't care what else he does or doesn't do, that will be the first step in getting this country back on the right track...
If he is able to untie the hands of the US economy, he could be huge. To do so, he has to defeat the establishment who sell American interest for personal gain. They will not relinquished their command control economy so easily.
Removing Obama personnel from federal agencies will be a huge step to freeing up the economy. Just taking the government boot off business' throat will improve things...
So you admit that the tea party "patriots" are nothing more than loyal GOP voting drones who only care about spending, deficits, and depth when an EVIL Democrat is in office? Glad you admit it.
The left never got the tea party because they only care about "patriotism and fiscal responsibility" when a Democrat is in office. But when the GOP is in power and does absolutely NOTHING to decrease the size of the government, and for that manner spend like drunken sailors, suddenly those whig wearing and musket holding morons are nowhere to be seen. They won't say a damn thing during Trump's presidency, and you know it. - - - Updated - - - Well, now they call themselves the "alt right". And they sure as heck are happy the orange chump won.
I got news for you...Trump has done absolutely nothing, and will not do absolutely nothing to "drain the swamp". And you know what? He can count on his minions to blame the Democrats and "establishment" for that. It's a good gig he has going on.
Well ya they're happy, they live in America too and don't want to see their country sold out from under them. Everyone here, that likes America should be happy
Poll- How do you think the Trump Presidency will go? --------------------------------------------------------------- Well by chumming up with Putin he's saved America from the threat of nuclear war for the first time in 70 years, and he hasn't even been sworn in yet..
Be happy about what? the anti Americans won. Hopefully in four years the social experiment ends, and the GOP takes back their party from the Trump brigade, and the adults take over again.
I'm optimist with caution. Trump is a manager who has showed to be able to recover from a bad period. He has known success and defeat, but he has come back stronger than ever. And he has managed to become President ... Personally I think that he is a good manager able to hire the better coworker and to coordinate them to get the planned goals. Anyway the United States are not a giant corporation, so that he will have to learn to deal with and to manage political dynamics. Not that easy. This is the main risk along his Presidential Path. We will see.
The Anti-Americans are the establishment politicians in both parties that sell American influence for personal gain. Of course if you hate America/white people like most collectivist drones/beta types do, then you have no problem with PAY 2 PLAY because if you were there, you'd do the same.
Interesting how you bring up "anti establishment" and "hating white people" within the same rant. What does 'white people" have to do with hating the establishment? Trump played you guys like a fiddle, I have to hand it to the man. He certainly pushed the right buttons.
Do ANY leftists comprehend that the Tea Partiers fought as hard against RINOs as against Barack? Obama and the RINOs agreed to destroy the Tea Party, which is why Obama and company got away with it.
So I take it that the tea party will be back in FULL force now that a big government loving GOP president is in office, right? Hell, early indications are that your messiah Trump is looking to spend money like a drunken sailor, so I expect those whig wearing and musket holding clowns to be holding their rallies soon, right? It's pretty obvious that the tea party doesn't have much political power though. If they did, Ted Cruz would have been president elect. Instead, you ended up with a new orange president that's the biggest "RINO" of them all.
Trump never was "my guy", and I'm sure he's going to do some things that disappoint a lot of us from time to time. But, as I kept telling myself during the campaign -- at least he WILL put people on the Supreme Court who aren't America-hating, anti-Constitution, radical Democrat stooges and goons, like Obama did with Kagan and Sotomayor. If Trump can just do that much, he'll be far better than Hilarity Clinton ever would have been. Icing on the cake? 1.Tear up the nuclear "treaty" with Iran that allows them to go completely inspection-free at any site that they unilaterally designate is "military". 2. Get the hell rid of Obamacare and let people go back to paying for their own damn medical expenses. Only changes -- make all insurance companies offer competition and coverage throughout all 50 states of the nation. Also, make coverage for pre-existing conditions mandatory IF the person has been continuously covered for health insurance for at least five years prior to discovery of the problem/disease. No subsidies, no welfare, no bull(*)(*)(*)(*). Keep Medicaid active for people who don't or won't pay for their own health problems. 3. Countermand ALL of Obama's Executive Decrees, Proclamations, and other unconstitutional actions taken to run the country with his "pen and phone".
Damn, that sounds a little totalitarian to me. How do you force companies to lose money? How do you force companies to be competitive when they don't wanna?
You're right. I'm wrong about that. I should have said that insurance companies should be allowed to compete in all 50 states. No, they should not be forced to operate or offer coverage in all 50 states. I do believe that their prices should be standardized across identical risk pools in different states, but there should be allowances made there, too. I mean, it's probably more expensive to provide medical coverage in the outback of Alaska than it is in suburban Denver. Thanks.
