no they have not, they proved employees try to register dead people to increase their commission

    but they do not vote

the only way a dead person could vote is if they submitted an absentee ballot and died after that, but before the election

You missed my other post where I provided a link and proof they do vote. The evidence is out there.

I agree that won't change the outcome but as you even said it does happen and in the Los Angeles investigation they found over 200 dead people had voted.

The ID they request in California is a Drivers License but a driver license is obtainable to immigrants (legal/illegal). Also if you review their ID law from their CCR you would see that they only prove residence and not citizenship. https://govt.westlaw.com/calregs/Do...ype=CategoryPageItem&contextData=(sc.Default)

CCR 20107 California State law on Voter Registration Requirements. This does not seem to mention proving citizenship... odd. Maybe I am missing something important or am confusing something and you can direct me to what that is?

    Zombie apocalypse!!!!!!

Lol!!! But that is why I am pro mandatory voting (yeah I know even the thought of that gives some Americans asthma) Mandatory voting has a couple of advantages - it is harder to scam and defraud and it HAS to be simplified - usually only 2 bits of paper for us - the senate is the longest but the funniest as you can start with the ones you dislike most and work backwards And you do not even have to put in a valid vote - as long as your name is crossed off you have voted

You need to have a proper citizen's registration to vote. You cannot just show up at the polls and vote unless you have a registered name to base your vote on. If you want to know the truth, if you want to fix an election you would use mail in ballots, which are used in all 50 US states. This method wouldn't require hiring millions of people to go to the polls and psychically vote. If you're looking to commit mass voter fraud, both for cost purposes and for keeping what you're doing under wraps, it would be more practical to use a method that requires hiring as few people as possible. To put it in perspective, three people knew about Bill Clinton's affair, and that was enough for it to leak out. In person voter fraud is not practical, it would require hiring an impractical number of people to actually make a dent in the election outcome. Also risk reward dictates that if you are going to commit voter fraud, you're going to want to commit stacks of votes at a time, and not just one vote individually

Mail in ballots would be the way to go, but even then so, that would require making millions of fraudulent registrations. We should definitely take this issue seriously, especially after leaked emails show one of the candidates talking about fixing an election overseas. However, realistically speaking there are not millions of people committing in person voter fraud, and any illegal immigrant would need a registration to actually vote. They would either need to know who isn't showing up to the polls, or they would need a fraudulent registry to actually vote. And this would be committing a federal felony for 1 vote

Odd, you're against the electoral college, you said "one man one vote". Hillary wins in that instance but you are against that.
You're against the constitution where the electors can "vote their conscience" because it's against the results.
It seems only Trump wins is what you are really for.

FFS why don't you accept the fact that against all the odds and the lies and dissembling of the Establishment, he won fair and square; you might not like it but then life's like that; we all have to accept things we don't like! The same is going on here apropos Brexit - I'm sick of hearing the word 'Brexit' - where the losers are clamouring for another referendum, this one to determine whether or not the leaving conditions are acceptable, which (and get this) if the result of Referendum 2 is for acceptance, then a Referendum 3 will be required to settle the definitive popular vote. :wall: And the big winners of the imbroglio? Why, the legal profession of course, and seriously big-time winners! And who will end up paying years (because they'll drag it out for as long as possible?) of legal fees? Why the poor bloody long-suffering British taxpayers who would prefer their taxes to be used to save the NHS rather than add to the vast wealth cunning lawyers who will run rings around the elected government. Is there no end to this effing insanity?

Citizenship is a honor system checkbox....thats the part that ma requires you to be a citizen. So again tell us how illegals got licenses here in ma if according to you they cant.

Do you REALLY think that illegals did NOT vote in California and other Lib bastions? Libs were so wrong about the election and now they are still listening to MSM who lied to them every day and continue to lie now. When are they going to learn? It's getting ridiculously annoying now. Why don't they project their anger toward them, and be grown-ups?

LICE Trump jumped on board and hugged and kissed the words of Sandy Hook masecre denier Alex Jones.

LICE, have you no shame? LICE, you take the words of a anus hole Dildo eating Sandy Hook denier to tweet Fecal matter and claim without even whisper of semi truth and accuse the election officials in three states that you won anyway of allowing election fraud.

You LICE , who just paid 25 million dollars for committing fraud go and falsely accuse millions fraud.

To call you a piece of fecal matter is not fair to Fecal matter.

Like Louisiana. The have all candidates on their ballot on election day regardless of party or how many candidates of the same party. Any one candidate receives 50% plus one vote is the winner on election day. If none does, then there is a run off six weeks later between the top two votes getters. The top two may be or not be of the same party. Louisiana senate run off is on 10 December this year between the top two vote getters which didn't reach the magic 50% mark on 8 November.

    I really like that system.

    Here is how it works
All immigrants with valid SSN (legal or illegal) can get a driver license.
Once you have a license, after five years, you have to apply for an extension.
In the application form, there is a check the box asking whether you are willing to register to vote.
If you check yes, then your name will be in the list of voters.
    That is it.

In sanctuary cities, no one has a right to ask about immigration status.

I think that Trump got caught spinning some yarns so decided to double down and tell a flat out lie to support his earlier claims.

    - - - Updated - - -

    When did I claim otherwise?

He won the electoral vote, and that is what makes him the president elect.

    Hell, I voted for him.

42 million people are not U.S. citizens and not eligible to vote in federal elections
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right_of_foreigners_to_vote_in_the_United_States
Non citizens can vote in local elections, or they can vote for president if they are not aware that they eligible to vote.

Here you have at least 10 millions.
So Tramp's claim is fully legitimate.

    But it is not.

There is nothing in Trump's claim to indicate a factual basis of any kind. There is no evidence Millions of folks voted illegally.

He has a right to express an opinion.
Don't we have a system in big cities, that prohibits government officials to verify immigration status?
    Yes we do.
That is apparent basis of the claim.

Yes, yes he does, and I find his "opinion" to be nonsense, juvenile tripe thrown out there by a man totally unfit for the job he was elected to.

Is it? I thought the basis was made up garbage that an idiot who can not stop tweeting his delusions of adequacy spewing forth bad conspiracy theories to give his sycophantic followers the reinforcement they need to think that they are the victims of others.

When Trump questions the very validity of the election that made him the president elect, especially without any basis, he is setting himself up for a crisis, in my opinion, of confidence and constitutionality. The man is casting doubts on his own ascendancy.

There is no backup plan. There is no do over. The founding fathers never envisioned someone so patently stupid winning the presidency. There is not recalling him short of impeachable offenses, and being dumb, insecure, and a social media whore is not criminal.

The man is well on his way, in my opinion, of becoming a third world, banana republic laughing stock that the entire world will provoke at will.

I am not sure about his stupidity, but, since eligibility to vote depends on immigration status, and many officials in many states as well as president Obama have refused to enforce immigration laws, his claim is perfectly legitimate.

There is no indication that millions of people voted illegally. His claim is not legitimate, it is made up nonsense spawned in the fetid bowels of his snarling, overly defensive mind.

There is not a shred of evidence to support his outrageously false claim. No matter how many unfounded conspiracy theories his supporters spout, the man is a lying, incompetent fool who undermines the very republic which he was elected to lead.

Good Lord. That is redundant. Yes, he has the right. He also has the right NOT to be a loud-mouth blowhard but, obviously, that is NOT going to be done.
