maybe the way to solve this thing would be to make Jerusalem a city state, like the Vatican!

The ' way to solve ' it is simply to adhere to international law.

Jerusalem was designated ' International territory ' by the United Nations in 1947. Israel's occupation is illegal.

So your suggestion is close to the reality. The problem is how to remove the US-backed criminals.

Jerusalem is the undivided capital of the Jewish people, and the Muslim desecration of the site is a crime on parallel with the Hagia Sofia. The Temple needs to be rebuilt.

    Keep telling yourself that

If the Dome of the Rock were a Jewish Temple Muslims would have destroyed it when they controlled Jerusalem

By the time that Omar arrive in Jerusalem, the temple site had been the city dump for 500 years. They tried to rebuild in circa 300 AD under Justinian, but it was felled by earthquakes. Revelation says there is NO more temple because Jesus is the Temple. So maybe there is something to that.

Still do you deny that if there had been a temple there they would have destroyed and built the Dome there anyway ? Do you think they would leave it there like the Israelis do ? Mohamed never even set foot in Jerusalem

Don't know.. I wasn't reading minds 2000 years ago. Muhammed never set foot in Jerusalem? So what? Muslims revere all the OT patriarchs..

Do you idolize the Temple or something? I don't think they are really going back to blood sacrifice.

I mean ALL THE WORLD- except the piddling and churlish nine states that voted against Palestinian statehood in 2012. Billions of us.
There will never be a Greater Israel. The nightmare has no future.

LOL the world does not give a (*)(*)(*)(*), Europe just wants to appease its 5th columnists, Pakistan is busy quarreling with India over Kashmir and India with Pakistan. China gives zero (*)(*)(*)(*)s about anyone, Russia is playing its own balancing act. The US will not abandon Israel and that is the most important actor in the world. There will be a greater Jewish Israel and no one can stop it.

Jews don't accept Jesus so revelations is irrelevant to them.

No that's not what they say.. The night flight was a vision.. like the visions of Saul/Paul, Jacob and others.

I have been to the Mosque three times before the 1967 war with my Sunday school class. Its quite beautiful and its now 1300 years old.

Muslims revere Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Mary etc. Its a temple to the God of Abraham.

Odd isn't it.. Revelation was originally Jewish literature.

The best would have been to make it an international city, but too many equate faith with nationalism.

But if the Israelis left, then wouldn't it be prone to the attacks by terrorist jihadists who believe that it should belong to Islam? I mean a little reality here.

We'll stop it . It's either Israel gets its way- to the detriment of world peace- or international law gets its way- to the obliteration of neoZionism.

I didn't mean an actual departure of people- I meant the acceptance of Jerusalem by all parties as international territory. Israeli law in Jerusalem is already declared void.

According to Christian prophecies, the temple will be rebuilt by the antichrist, and will be the seat of the antichrist... He will the most charismatic man that ever lived, a great philanthropist, brilliant ...and the culmination of all evil.

I personally think the evil is the world economic system and its control over humanity.

I suppose that could happen if, as some in Israel want, ISIS carries on being successful. However if the Saudi's are right and Israel's actions against the Palestinians with America's support is the prime reason people join it, at least that would remove the fundamental reason people would wish to join. You only get people joining nightmarish groups like that when they are in a hellish position.

Now as far as the Palestinian Christians are concerned, they have always had a good enough relationship with Palestinian Muslims. After all they are both Palestinian and both in this together. You need to look at another reason why Christians have come under attack in the ME. Palestinian Christians contacted the Church of Scotland. They believe that the wrong understanding of the Bible and hence massive input into the actions of Israel by Christian Zionists is a strong part of that and hence put out this pamphlet hoping they could reach their American brothers and sisters so that they would come to a more correct understanding of the bible and stop his basically 'holy war' which has been started.

No.. that's Scofield Heresy.. Revelation says there will be NO temple because Jesus is the Temple.

How the heck did a Russian (Greek?) Orthodox girl get caught up in the Scofield mess?

    - - - Updated - - -

The Muslims and Christians who lived there shared language and culture. They weren't Europeans.

Margot that's the problem. Muslims, Christians and Jews can only live peacefully if the Sunnis are in charge.... since they will not accept anything else. It's like what's going on now with the liberals. Conservatives swallowed the Obama administration, but the liberals will not do the same. It's either what they want or nothing.

The exception in the Middle East is Assad, where he did manage to develop a beautiful society where everyone was able to live peacefully without sharia law and Sunni domination, and it still exists in the territories where he is in control. But look at what they're doing to him.
