As requested.....he has thrown it away. At first I was resigned to his Presidency and listened to his followers chants to give Trump a chance. His first month in office has been a disaster and the constant Rule by Tweet and Executive Order has destroyed my hope, even his devout no longer ask for time. I am now totally ready to call him what he is...a temperamental child with unstable ignorance as a guiding force

Be honest, you never gave him a chance. You are just willfully ignorant to the propaganda they feed you everyday.

Actually I "Honestly" did give him a reluctant chance...though I admit I do not like him and was quite reluctant. What I am stating is he has shown my worries as valid and I now regret doing so.

How about Obama's Phone and Pen? Did that constant Rule by Phone and Executive Order has destroyed your hope too?

i may not post much, but i do read what's posted here often and the op is an out and out lie. y'all gave him a chance to resign in disgrace. you gave him a chance to be defamed by the press and have his every word twisted by the preconceived notion of failure. you gave him a chance to allow you to describe his every action as an affront to your delicate sensibilities. you've been too consumed by innuendo and half-truths to give a damn about the realities of what the man has been trying to do. the hatred has been palpable in every word you folks have written and, in typical progressive style, you've childishly written it off as a reflection of the hatred you try to find in the new administration. not once have any of you cared about anything but inflating the missteps and vainly searching for some real dirt to heap on the trump administration's grave.

i know it's a bitter pill to swallow, but the failures of progressivism have led us to this point. we rational folks know the world is not as black and white as you try to make it out to be and your infatuation with describing everything you don't like as evil just isn't cutting it any more. we want the middle ground, not the puerile utopian daydreams of "win at any cost" authoritarians. while you might have lost track of what that middle ground is, we haven't. a constantly expanding welfare state is not the middle ground. we want to work, to have companies happy to do business here and to see our economy expand again with american labor. a non-stop apology tour is not the middle ground. we want the u.s. to be respected again, maybe even feared a little bit, and not considered the world's doormat, always happy to lend a hand and never expected to gain anything in return. constantly reinventing our society is not the middle ground. we expect society to evolve as the world around us changes, but your infatuation with a revolving door of "flavor of the week" victim classes that must be handled with kid gloves is exhausting and dangerous. we know what people are, what their peculiarities and their sins are, and we accept all that. what we don't accept is that y'all seem to think that everything should be considered "normal" and everyone's feelings on every little thing should be considered before the practical matters at hand.

in the end you'll win. in the end you'll destroy everything that generations have tried to build, so you should be happy. in the end you will have made everyone but a powerless few so ignorant that they will be fine with the mediocrity you are foisting off on us as progress, but the end is not today. let americans salvage what little dignity you have allowed to survive and let us savor a last few moment of liberty before it all comes crashing down.

Ironic.. You gave him a chance.. almost a whole month!! :D Since he didn't usher in a sublime age of peace, prosperity, & social justice.. in a month.. he must be an abject failure.. not like your idol obama, whom i'm sure you gave more slack.

Lol, *I gave him a chance, but since he hasn't walked on water, ushered in world peace, ended famine, or crapped out Tiffany Cufflinks, in less than 60 days, I quit*

    Nice.

To give Trump a chance is one thing.

To desist from medias and take only Trump's word as gospel is another.

I think you are representative of the moderates.

Don't forget when the Obama administration wiretapped journalist phones.

And Obama got caught but was given a complete pass as usual.

    Remember ???

Then leave. If Trump isn't your President, then America shouldn't be your country.

And who's throwing the temper tantrum??? ^

Can we get back on subject? Trump is awesome and has proven himself over the last month to help drain the swamp and end Federal government overreach.

Giving Trump a chance is the first year. Let's take a look back a year from now.

Yeah, I posted my thoughts on this awhile back (in another thread).

Obviously, Trump has blown any "chance" that the 54.1% of voters (who voted against him) were willing to give him.

for eight long years we heard nothing but "it's bush's fault" and now your "phone and pen" ex-president is beside the point? we all watched as, at the end of his term, obama hurriedly pushed through as much garbage as he could, so it is definitely not beside the point. we've also watched as the democrats have stalled, slandered and twisted the truth in an attempt to demolish this newly minted administration, so it is definitely not beside the point. no one is changing the subject. the subject is "giving the president a chance" and it was a lie from the beginning. the only rationalizations here are coming from the anti-trump folks who have consistently ignored the possibility of the positive and embraced even the most outrageous lies to defame the current administration.

Whatever, the left didn't elect a dangerous nut. That is the point for which there is no excuse. You elected a dangerous tyrant.

And the Republicans did crash the economy. Obama inherited the worst economic disaster since the depression. But he left a fairly healthy economy. So quit your whining.

I'm not really partisan when it comes to liberal and conservative. But I am when it comes to Republicans and Democrats.

If I saw a conservative I might vote for him or her.

As for Trump, I wouldn't care if he was with the green party or the Nazi party or hung with the pope. The man is a threat to humanity.

Trump's people still don't realize that he actually won the election.

They are still in the delusional "But Obama/But Clinton" deflection mode of the campaign.

At this point, such constant Tourettes-like deflection does nothing but degrade (and invalidate) any "opinion" that they may express.

A certain way to not be taken seriously = Constant deflection to Clinton/Obama.
