    Glasgow has a well-deserved reputation as a rough town.

    But I have visited a few times, gotten into a few Pub Discussions, and escaped with all of my teeth.

    I like Scotland.

    I used to have a girl in London, and we took the train to Edinburgh on a few weekends, and then popped over to Glasgow.

    What a beautiful country.

    Yup sure is. The bugger of it is though I ended up south of the bloody border.... well down south but hey who said life was fair.... at least they don't have midgies here!

    Just a question.... not wishing to ruffle feathers or incurr hard stares and the like.... but being the rookie... is there a sort of loony brigade that need treating with caution? Approach with care as it were?

    Half Scottish myself, but born in America.

    My parents visited Scotland twice to meet distant relatives and see the places where the GUNN clan roamed.
