The state polls were off which is why they got his electoral chance wrong, but national polls were dead on

Two of the national polls were, but it certainly wasn't sold that way prior to the election, was it?

Hindsight is always 20/20, but the day before the election, Cankles was supposed to win by a "landslide".

    Funny that.

You seem to misunderstand, the Trucker DID drop the Trailer and go to town, that was why he got fired and the firing was what he was appealing. As to leaving the tractor running the heater was busted and it was 40 below outside. If he'd gone to sleep under those circumstances he would never awaken. He'd informed the office of his plight and they told him to "hang in there" for two hours. He did what he had to do or die and if you think it's right to fire a man for saving his own life I guess we have no more to discuss.

Most of the final national polls were very close to the right amount of support for Hillary nationally

Look, you can keep pretending that we had an accurate image of the election pre-election night based on polling if you want.

The rest of us know better.

Again we didn't but the issue was state polls not national ones

You didn't kill them you did worse, you called them RINOs and didn't vote for them

The Republican Party used to be a "Big Tent" but they are decidedly smaller now, as only the ideologically pure Trump supporters need apply any more. As your voter base gets smaller and smaller you are eventually going to find that enthusiasm does not substitute for numbers

You seem to have misread what I said
"I have either dropped the trailer and headed for town or simple left my tractor running and crawled in to the sleeper for some much needed sleep!"
Unfortunately some loads can not "By Law" be left unattended, Hazmat like maybe explosives. Regardless of what was in the trailer a tractor can idle for days and most low end rigs are very comfortable! All that is either here nor there but what remains fact is the trailer breaks were the issue, the tractor was still functioning and the hotshot service didn't take a week to show up :) In my state a the only scenario that wouldn't land you in hot water would have been to stay in the truck as in this county & interstate would have fined him bigtime and if he had left hazardous material unattended he would have been looking for a new job and bail :)

Then nothing is said if the driver was an independent owner/operator, if that was the case then being fired really has no relevance what so ever!

    *Edit*
BTW, not tooting my horn here, but I work and play at 40 below, and sometimes that and wind chill or -60 for longer than two hours easy! Granted I jump in the truck more often to warm up and I'm well layered for it but if I were told to hang tight in a running semi with a dish and TV I have to say not a problem ;) But people believe what they hear

Like Clinton,I never liked Trump either. When it comes to communications, I sort of an expert having worked in that field for 20 years on active duty and for another 26 years as a department of the army civilian. With Trump I don't know if it is true or not. It is no secret that I would rather Trump depart the AO, letting Pence becomes president.

Even if it is true, it wouldn't change my vote from Johnson to Clinton. Far as I am concerned neither one should have gotten within a million miles of the Oval Office. One is or was just as bad as the other. My first choice was Jim Webb, then John Kasich. Would I have voted for any other Democrat for president against Trump. I probably would have, but not Clinton, never Clinton. Sanders, O'Malley, Biden, yes, but not Clinton.

Trump's base isn't leaving him. RINO Republicans never did support him. They just couldn't vote for Hillary so they voted for Trump by default.

    Emphasis mine.

Proof that indoctrination, rather than a firm understanding of policy, works.

Jesu, what is WRONG with you people? Did none of you read Trump's BOOKS? They are BLUEPRINTS on how to go about cronyism and succeed at it. Trump is the poster child for insider financing and the art of the sweetheart deal. A main reason why none of his books are read or quoted by other rich people is that most of them don't have the good fortune to be fathered by one of NYC's main realty tycoons and raised around others, as well as a plethora of politicians.

Mind, I'm not saying there's really anything wrong with that, there is good and bad cronyism and particularly in real estate it has its place; but the idea that TRUMP, of ALL people, will clean up cronyism is sort of like expecting Tarantino to clean up violence in movies.

Ironic given that your beloved "god-emperor" specializes in vulgarity, crudeness, insults, bigotry and condescension.

Given that one of them was advocating gunning down unarmed illegal immigrants in cold blood on another thread there is a great deal of merit to those insights.

Well if you feel he has addressed you or the left in that way he would be justified in doing so. But as for me I haven't felt insulted by him personally, unlike many posts I have read here describing the Right *Shrugs*

Denying the reality of what Trump does is par for the course for hiss extremist alt right supporters but it doesn't alter the reality that Trump dishes it out but he can't take it.

Obama delivered on healthcare reform. TrumpCare is a smoking trainwreck on the House floor already.
    Ironic!

I didn't vote for Trump so he could clean up cronyism.
I voted for Trump so he could make America the best place on earth to do business again.

I have no doubt he will succeed even though the left handed ****** nozzles in the main stream media keep spewing bs.
