    You think they are too stupid to make the decisions that lend them more success. The only difference you listed is their race.

    The only privilege that white people, Asian people and successful black people have is that they don't view race with any importance. They don't have to act as certain way so as to not be a traitor to their race

    Race simply becomes an accident of their birth.

    You are racist against black people because you think they are lower humans, that they can't rise up and earn success within the system.

    Racism isn't systemic in our culture there is nothing holding back black people but folks like you planting some imaginary oppression into their psyche. Convincing them to give up without even trying.

    It's hard to gain success, but the fact that people do indicates that it's possible. Unless you think successful people are a superior species.

    no they cant make decisions, neither can whites pinks yellows and greens. nobody makes decisions everything that happens was not a consequence of anybodies decision. i see you believe in free will. thats a myth. i dont care if you think im racist to blacks as obviously you have comprehension problems. let me spell it out. blacks are superior to whites and im white. now say something kiddo.

    No evidence that white males or females are more or less racist than the other gender. Silly question without evidence. I haven't anecdotally noticed much of a difference. Most white people aren't racist, no matter the gender.

    I don't think there will be much of a change. We are a fairly color-blind society, internationally speaking. We can always do better, of course.
