And women still face death from illegal abortion in many third world countries. Just ask yourself why? Why is termination of a prgnancy so important that a woman would rather face death than continue with that pregnancy
Anciently you could take sheep's intestines, and tie off one end with horse hair. Makes a perfectly fitting condom. Asians can use mouse's entrails. Africans can use water buffalo's.
The "medical" abortion using Mifepristone or combination. They are still hideously expensive in industrialised nations but as soon as it is off patent we may see a revolution in third world countries
LOL .... bad. There were a bunch of other things that were tried as well. Various elixirs such as olive oil, juniper berries, crocodile dung, and numerous others.
Hmmm, sexual assault? A man and a woman are engaged in the act of procreation (apparently by mutual agreement) and one of them becomes pregnant...and we now call the procreative act...wait for it...sexual assault? Pregnancy is a natural potential outcome/consequence of male/female sexual intercourse. Instead of that logical conclusion let's charge the male with sexual assault because we would charge the female with sexual assault if she became pregnant, right? Equality right? A crime is a crime, right? So a woman has intercourse with someone she doesn't want to be the father of her child so let's charge the guy with sexual assault. The condom failed so let's charge the guy with sexual assault. I see further disaster ahead for the male of the species. So this is increasingly common? Is it a cultural thing? Are guys committing this crime so they can receive additional monies from the state? How do you prove who pin pricked the prophylactic, when it was pricked and was it the intention of the pricker to procreate? Rubbish and nonsense, all of it; why do women choose to copulate with a holey prophylactic terrorist? Must be their bad boy persona.
YUP! Pregnancy is LEGALLY ( I know you hate law ) an injury and if a man knowingly and surreptitiously makes a woman pregnant I can see why he should be charged with assault...I doubt they would be since it is hard to prove...too bad so many men are so slutty.
Last, first...Birds of a feather? Why join with those (men or women) of easy virtue? I know you'll say because I want to, but then why blame others for a circumstance you willingly and with foreknowledge chose? I don't believe this is well thought out by the participants. Pregnancy is an injury? Pregnancy is a crime (though "hard to prove" FH)? When a man and a woman willingly engage in sexual intercourse a resulting pregnancy is a natural result, not an injury and shouldn't be wholly unexpected. Is birth control marketed as 100% effective? Is it a crime if a user of these products becomes pregnant after engaging in sexual intercourse? If the woman didn't want to be pregnant why did she send her egg to greet her child's daddy's sperm? Didn't the woman place herself in the position to become pregnant by engaging in sexual intercourse? Of course the man chose to be a part of this too. Look if people make poor choices why blame the consequences on others. Accept the consequence and do your best with it. Just googled pregnant/pregnancy and didn't find your injury reference. preg·nant ˈpreɡnənt/ adjective 1. (of a woman or female animal) having a child or young developing in the uterus. "a pregnant woman" synonyms: expecting a baby, expectant, carrying a child; More preg·nan·cy ˈpreɡnənsē/ noun the condition or period of being pregnant.
Whom you've (the plural, generic, societal you) chosen to be with? I get conmen getting over on people, however there are signs for those who are aware and not swept up in situations they ought not be in.
g How can a woman think it out when the man deceives her? Nope, it isn't. That's another reason women should have the choice of abortion....thank you for bringing that up! WHY does anyone HAVE to accept the consequences of bad decisions? You can do that if YOU want to but who are you to dictate what "consequences" others must bear? Sometimes a woman "does her best" in the circumstances by having an abortion...... WHY DO YOU THINK YOU SHOUOLD RULE OVER OTHER"S LIVES?????????????????? A definition of pregnancy is NOT proof that pregnancy causes no harm. Yes, once AGAIN pregnancy causes physical harm and damage to women....ONCE AGAIN your OPINION doesn't change facts or science. You have NOT proven pregnancy doesn't harm women. Normal, frequent or expectable temporary side effects of pregnancy: exhaustion (weariness common from first weeks) altered appetite and senses of taste and smell nausea and vomiting (50% of women, first trimester) heartburn and indigestion constipation weight gain dizziness and light-headedness bloating, swelling, fluid retention hemmorhoids abdominal cramps yeast infections congested, bloody nose acne and mild skin disorders skin discoloration (chloasma, face and abdomen) mild to severe backache and strain increased headaches difficulty sleeping, and discomfort while sleeping increased urination and incontinence bleeding gums pica breast pain and discharge swelling of joints, leg cramps, joint paininfection including from serious and potentially fatal disease (pregnant women are immune suppressed compared with non-pregnant women, and are more susceptible to fungal and certain other diseases) extreme pain on delivery hormonal mood changes, including normal post-partum depression continued post-partum exhaustion and recovery period (exacerbated if a c-section -- major surgery -- is required, sometimes taking up to a full year to fully recover) Normal, expectable, or frequent PERMANENT side effects of pregnancy: stretch marks (worse in younger women) loose skin permanent weight gain or redistribution abdominal and vaginal muscle weakness pelvic floor disorder (occurring in as many as 35% of middle-aged former child-bearers and 50% of elderly former child-bearers, associated with urinary and rectal incontinence, discomfort and reduced quality of life -- aka prolapsed utuerus, the malady sometimes badly fixed by the transvaginal mesh) changes to breasts increased foot size varicose veins scarring from episiotomy or c-section other permanent aesthetic changes to the body (all of these are downplayed by women, because the culture values youth and beauty) increased proclivity for hemmorhoids loss of dental and bone calcium (cavities and osteoporosis) higher lifetime risk of developing Altzheimer's newer research indicates microchimeric cells, other bi-directional exchanges of DNA, chromosomes, and other bodily material between fetus and mother (including with "unrelated" gestational surrogates) Occasional complications and side effects: complications of episiotomy spousal/partner abuse hyperemesis gravidarum temporary and permanent injury to back severe scarring requiring later surgery (especially after additional pregnancies) dropped (prolapsed) uterus (especially after additional pregnancies, and other pelvic floor weaknesses -- 11% of women, including cystocele, rectocele, and enterocele) pre-eclampsia (edema and hypertension, the most common complication of pregnancy, associated with eclampsia, and affecting 7 - 10% of pregnancies) eclampsia (convulsions, coma during pregnancy or labor, high risk of death) gestational diabetes placenta previa anemia (which can be life-threatening) thrombocytopenic purpura severe cramping embolism (blood clots) medical disability requiring full bed rest (frequently ordered during part of many pregnancies varying from days to months for health of either mother or baby) diastasis recti, also torn abdominal muscles mitral valve stenosis (most common cardiac complication) serious infection and disease (e.g. increased risk of tuberculosis) hormonal imbalance ectopic pregnancy (risk of death) broken bones (ribcage, "tail bone") hemorrhage and numerous other complications of delivery refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease aggravation of pre-pregnancy diseases and conditions (e.g. epilepsy is present in .5% of pregnant women, and the pregnancy alters drug metabolism and treatment prospects all the while it increases the number and frequency of seizures) severe post-partum depression and psychosis research now indicates a possible link between ovarian cancer and female fertility treatments, including "egg harvesting" from infertile women and donors research also now indicates correlations between lower breast cancer survival rates and proximity in time to onset of cancer of last pregnancy research also indicates a correlation between having six or more pregnancies and a risk of coronary and cardiovascular disease Less common (but serious) complications: peripartum cardiomyopathy cardiopulmonary arrest magnesium toxicity severe hypoxemia/acidosis massive embolism increased intracranial pressure, brainstem infarction molar pregnancy, gestational trophoblastic disease (like a pregnancy-induced cancer) malignant arrhythmia circulatory collapse placental abruption obstetric fistula More permanent side effects: future infertility permanent disability death.
What makes it funny is that you don't understand what you've written? Some days, you guys write all the best lines, I can't top them!
Obviously you CAN'T top them.....you can't even explain yourself..... Trolling, trolling, trolling up the river.....new words to an old song (and dance)
Here's the thing, I could explain it perfectly, but so could you. However from your point of view, it makes you look stupid so the smart play is to pretend that you don't understand what I'm talking about. Don't worry about it though, plenty of other people will get it!
Foxxy, really? A woman is incapable of thinking, is that your counter? Why Dix loves women (beyond their obvious physical attributes at whatever stage in life they are at); in general women are intelligent, loving, caring and nurturing. Women can be forgiving and understanding...their strength and sacrifice. Man was given a helper who more than naught is his better, if not his best of all, half. Speaking from experience, no more truer than in my own life. The women I know who have been deceived actually deceived themselves, happens to both men and women for that matter. I understand the emotional part but that is the reason we've been given a brain as well as a heart. WHY does anyone HAVE to accept the consequences of bad decisions? Because that is the way life works save forgiveness or another making us whole again. WHY DO YOU THINK YOU SHOUOLD RULE OVER OTHER"S LIVES?????????????????? That is the way society (not I) works. We give up/accept certain choices (as legal choices) to live in society. You have NOT proven pregnancy doesn't harm women. A woman's body is designed for pregnancy. Simply, it is the way it is. Mankind's posterity is dependent on that biological fact. All mothers-to-be and the multitude who are, have sacrificed, as love is simply a sacrifice. Life is a consequence for those who are not yet dead.
