Galveston kind of reminds me a little bit of the Florida Keys. I liked Galveston and one day plan on going back. It is probably all in the eye of the beholder, the beauty of a place.

Yeah, he's my big baby. He sits to the side of the computer because he's learned that if he walks in front of it, I'll pick him up and put him on the floor. I see you also have a companion keeping you company.

If my old man was around today he'd call the cops on that guy.
That's exactly the kind of nut my Father learned to hate.
My Father lived to have polished shoes and clean shaven.
I seldom saw my old man wear tennis shoes. He had topsiders
    for working around his boat.
There was a family that moved across the street from us at our
summer home.I never saw the Parents.Just the 2 sons { who were
the first hippies in the neighborhood } and their extremely hot to trot
    older sister.
My Old man literally became enraged whenever he saw them 2 boys
siting outside with torn bluejeans and hair down past their shoulders
{ think Duane Allman } They would be sneaking drags off a cigarette.
    They were around 16 yrs.old.

My cat is the most beautiful of 30 feral kittens born out in my patio closet by 2 feral momma cats.

I found homes for the other 29, trapped and got the 2 mom's spayed, and kept my white one. SMARTIE AND CUTIE1.jpg

This was the grey tabby snowshoe father. He was a very busy tomcat. SNOWBALL'S FATHER 5-21-2014.jpg

These kittens' grandfather was a big brown tabby Maine Coon. I never got a photo of him unfortunately. City animal control came and trapped the grandpa and his brother because they were always fighting at night so the neighbors complained.

I have taken care of more hungry, lost, sick cats than you can shake a stick at. Did those two moms domesticate, or did they stay pretty wild?

I tried domesticating the two feral moms but they would not do it.

They are still wild in the old neighborhood.

    The neighbors there feed them.

One of the neighbors emails me and keeps me updated.

The white cat and I moved 1000 miles away from the coast there to the mountains here.

I have 5 cats. My Calico Torti lays in the chair I have next to mine in front of the computer. I put that chair there just for that purpose. I rescued her off the Highway. Someone had thrown her in bag of garbage on the center divide. Somehow she got out and when I saw it was a kitten who had been hurt. I scooped her up. She is my baby. Named her Ginger after a Spice.

2 years after that I rescued a Siamese Manx(no tail) mix as a kitten. But she looks totally Siamese except for her one paw. She was running around with some feral cats. Vet said it was good thing I scooped her up. She was infested with fleas and mites. Wasn't even ten weeks old. She wouldn't have made it. We got her back to being in good health. She is also my baby. I call her Mocha Bean.

When she was about 15months. My son was staying with me and he brought his cat with him. Domestic short hair black and white. Told him to keep his male cat locked up in the back of the house. He didn't and he got out and got to my Mocha Bean. 15 months and he got her preggers. She had 5 kittens and a difficult pregnancy 4 females and a male that looks just like my sons cat but is a Manx. 2 came out totally Siamese with full tails. Which I found good homes for them. She also had a tortishell manx all black and grey. Looked like a lil owl when she was kitten. We named her Snickers. Then she had a white kitten with patches of beige like the Siamese color with blue eyes like the Siamese and a full tail. One beige patch around her Right eye. So we named her Patches. The male we named after his father. My son named his cat Mech. So we went with Lil Mech. But he isn't so little and is bigger than all the others. Stocky and big. He is the most mellowest cat I have seen and he and torti will get in front of the puter screen. Several time I will move them but they always come back to check out whats on the monitor. Lil Mech and my Mocha Bean even watch TV.

I tried to find homes for them but couldn't. The shelters weren't taking in cats, which I was trying to not become attached to them. Didn't work. So I kept them all. Got all of them fixed, and now all of them are indoor cats. Well behaved cats. Up to date with their shots and taken care of extremely well. They live the good life.

Only one time in my life did I let my hair grow down to my shoulders. Which was before I joined the Army at 16. People said I looked like an Indian or Mexican. Of course being Sicilian, I couldn't go for that, and it was the end of the long hair. Since then I have always kept it short and neat. No sideburns and off the collar. Military cut.

They are overweight. What do you feed them.Cats norm ally need to eat
every few hours or about 4-5 times a day. They also eat just enough to
satisfy their hunger.Dogs will often gorge themselves sick.

I just read that employees at some Red Lobsters have found a new
pastime when business is slow. They engage in Lobster races.
Plus,it's true that Lobsters are taken right from the lobster tank
when an order is placed. Therefore if the tank is empty when you
come in to be seated ... think again about any Lobster.
I once tried ordering Lobster here at Smarty's Bar and Grill.
I was asked if I want the dark-green-brown lobster or a Red lobster.
I said just get one that isn't prone to backsassin' ... is all.Is what.
