Trump’s education secretary apparently sees no problem with giving federal money to schools that reject queer kids.

This is not surprising; De Vos is a person of low moral character who does not
believe in liberty and justice for all.
Plus this is a reminder that it is the school's choice, not the parent's, who gets accepted into the school.

Private schools may choose who goes there, and as the parents of the kids who go there ALSO PAY TAXES, they are entitled to voucher money.

As the parents of private schools ALSO PAY TAXES, they are entitled to use that money where THEY CHOOSE TO HAVE THEIR CHILDREN EDUCATED, instead of the government taking their money, for their kids, and then dictating where and how they will be educated.

The amount that parents pay is typically insignificant to the cost of tuition, so no, they are not spending their money they are spending my money. If parents want to pay out of pocket to send them to a private school that discriminates fine. It is not ok to fund those schools with my taxes however.
