What are you even talking about? You folks make claims about Trump left and right without an ounce proof, so what exactly is Trump supposed to be saying or doing that has your panties in a twist?

They certainly screwed the pooch on that. It was the Ivy league guys that led us by the nose into Vietnam, too. And now the Left and the Jihadists hold hands at the edge of the cliff.

First: The Fourth Circuit Applies the Maxine Waters Doctrine on the Law

Democrat demagogue Maxine Waters conceded it would have been fine if Hillary had been elected and fired James Comey, because he deserved it, but it was improper for President Trump to have done so. Now the Fourth Circuit declares the same thing about the travel moratorium: Okay if a Democrat did it, not okay if Trump did. This will head to the Supreme Court, which unless it decides we are to become a banana republic where decisions are based on the political appetites of the judiciary instead of the law, it will be overturned. Democrats, noting that the political tilt of the federal judiciary is in the process of being altered, should welcome SCOTUS returning the Judiciary to the blindfolded weighing of the issues.

Second: The Democrats’ Quixotic Effort to Create “Referenda on Trump” Fails Again

After over half a decade of declining support in federal and state elections countrywide, the Ivy League geniuses in the DNC decided on a strategy seeking to pick up seats in special elections. These elections usually involve low voter interest and turnout, and the DNC reasoned if they pumped millions into these elections they could pick up seats. Their media buddies prophesied each time that this election was going to be a “referendum on Trump.” And his winning streak continues unabated. If so, he’s continued to beat them time after time. Greg Gianforte crushed their designated banner bearer, despite a last-minute effort by a notorious political hack and provocateur; Ben Jacobs, previously with the Daily Beast, now sporting UK Guardian press credentials.

Third: The President’s Splendid Foreign Adventure

Nancy Pelosi was critical of the President’s first foreign trip because it wasn’t done in “alphabetical” order.

Review the transcripts of his Saudi Arabian and Israel speeches, read them in their entirety. The Left-wing bullhorns told you nothing about the earth-shattering shift in U.S. policy and the clarity this president brings to the issue of Muslim extremism and how to crush it, something Obama shrank from, and which the Deep State with its Arabist slant, is completely against.

Trump rightly asked this part of world to stiffen spine in battle against terrorism. Bob Schieffer ventured praise for Trump’s speech in Saudi Arabia, and the CNN host accused him of “normalizing” the president. Can’t have that on CNN apparently.

If you hope to have any understanding of what this president has to say you must simply go online and read the transcripts or watch the full video recordings. There is no reliable press coverage.

The press, hoping the President would fail, did cover the Saudi trip. When it was obvious he acquitted himself brilliantly, they cut short coverage of the Israeli portion of the trip. The Dems only believe what is real is restricted to what they cover. Since he was dashing their predictions they decided that to cover the trip in depth would only underscore their error.

Fourth: The Massive Illegal surveillance of Americans and the Justifiable dismissal of James Comey

The media airbrushed, this week, the massive, illegal surveillance conducted by the Obama administration over the eight years he was in office and the deceptive, partisan, and incompetent administration of the FBI under Comey.

To understand the massive, illegal surveillance and weaponizing of intelligence against citizens by the Obama administration, read three online sources, Circa, Sharyl Attkisson and National Review.

Circa revealed that on October 26, just weeks before the election, the Obama administration finally revealed to the FISA Court it had been ordering illegal NSA searches of Americans for years:

The National Security Agency under former President Barack Obama routinely violated American privacy protections while scouring through overseas intercepts and failed to disclose the extent of the problems until the final days before Donald Trump was elected president last fall, according to once top-secret documents that chronicle some of the most serious constitutional abuses to date by the U.S. intelligence community.

One out of every 20 searches seeking upstream Internet data on Americans inside the NSA’s database violated the safeguards Obama and his intelligence chiefs vowed to follow in 2011, according to one classified internal report reviewed by Circa.

The Obama administration self-disclosed the problems at a closed-door hearing Oct. 26 before the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court that set off alarm. Trump was elected less than two weeks later.

The normally supportive court censured administration officials, saying the failure to disclose the extent of the violations earlier amounted to an “institutional lack of candor” and that the improper searches constituted a “very serious Fourth Amendment issue,” according to now an unsealed court document dated April 26, 2017.

The admitted violations undercut one of the primary defenses that the intelligence community and Obama officials have used in recent weeks to justify their snooping into incidental NSA intercepts about Americans.

You can check the accuracy of Circa’s summation by reading the FISA court opinion.

Sharyl Attkisson, formerly of CBS, has prepared an extensive timeline of the Obama administration’s surveillance and weaponizing of intercepted intelligence against opponents, reporters, and even Congress. There was a consistent pattern of surveilling and leaking information about anyone who opposed anything the administration did and punishing severely whistleblowers and reporters who tried to report wrongdoing.

It began on April 2009 within three months of Obama’s inauguration with the leaking of a conversation Congresswoman Jane Harmon with pro-Israeli lobbyists. It grew to include FBI contractor Shamai Leibowitz, “Tea Party” and “patriot” applicants for special status with the IRS, Fox news reporter James Rosen, Sharyl Attkisson herself, former Congressman Dennis Kucinich, Fox news reporter Mike Levine, ATF whistleblower John Dodson, CIA Director Gen. David Petraeus, journalists from the AP and New York Times, reporter Audrey Hudson, Senate intelligence Committee computers, Joint Chiefs of Staff James Cartwright, Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, Carter Page, and lawmakers and Jewish groups opposed to the Iran “deal.”

It was, Attkisson notes, not until this month that we learned from Circa that during the past election year 2016: ”the Obama administration vastly expanded the searches of NSA database for Americans and the content of their emails and phone calls: From 9500 searches involving 198 Americans in 2013 to 30,355 searches of 5,288 Americans in 2016.”

Circa followed up its first account with yet another -- this one about how the FBI illegally shared the raw intelligence about Americans with unauthorized third parties.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence, now under new management with President Donald Trump, confirms that the 654 unmaskings reported last year for fiscal 2015 was underreported by a factor of more than three times. The correct number was actually 2,232.

So how does an agency entrusted with producing some of the nation’s most sensitive intelligence and secrets get its math so mixed up? Transparency isn’t any good if the numbers you admit to aren’t correct. There has been a lot of under disclosing of unmaskings. Who approved the inaccurate number and was it part of a larger pattern?

Republicans want to question former Obama administration National Security Adviser Susan Rice, who originally denied know about any unmasking of identities of Trump campaign associates. But after Circa reported she had in fact requested or read several intelligence reports with the names of Trump associates unmasked, Rice reversed her story and admitted she had previously lied, but only for the noblest of intentions and not as part of a partisan, illegal political hit job on the rival campaign and incoming administration.

Rice refused to testify before a Senate Judiciary Subcommittee hearing earlier this week, but expect GOP investigators to compel her and put her under oath.

The NSA is allowed under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to spy on foreign powers without a court warrant but the law prohibits the targeting of Americans for such surveillance. If the NSA accidentally intercepts Americans or information about them overseas, it is supposed to legally put the information in a virtual lock box.

Circa also has asked the Trump administration to declassify and make public the total number of times Americans in sensitive jobs like Congress, presidential campaigns, journalism, the medical profession, the legal profession and the federal judiciary either had their names searched in the NSA database or their names unmasked in NSA intelligence reports.

After explaining the legal and technical aspects of NSA data collection and the handling of intercepted communications under the law, Andrew C. McCarthy looks at these disclosures and notes they create a new legacy for Obama:

The rules from 2011 forward were simple: Do not use American identifiers. Yet NSA used them and this violation of law was routine and extensive, known and concealed. The NSA says it does not share raw upstream collection data with any other intelligence agency. To the extent the data collected has increased the number of Americans whose activities make it into reports, it has simultaneously increased the opportunities for unmasking American identities. Other reporting indicates that there was a significant uptick in unmasking incidents in the latter years of the Obama administration. More officials were given unmasking authority. At the same time, President Obama loosened restrictions to allow wider access to raw intelligence collection and wider dissemination of intelligence reports. This geometrically increased the likelihood that classified information would be leaked -- as did the Obama administration’s encouragement to Congress to demand disclosure of intelligence related to the Trump campaign. And of course, there has been a stunning amount of leaking of classified information to the media. Enabling of domestic spying, contemptuous disregard of court-ordered minimization procedures (procedures the Obama administration itself proposed, then violated), and unlawful disclosure of classified intelligence to feed a media campaign against political adversaries.Quite the Obama legacy.

The Comey firing will prove to be a decisive victory for Trump, the “resistance” is in its death throes

The democrats are heading for the last round-up:

While Mueller and McCabe sort out the facts, the Supreme Court will toss out the attention-seeking antics of the West Coast flake-judges who gained their fleeting moment of gimcrack fame by challenging the president’s clear authority over immigration. The Democrats’ policy of obstruction will come crashing to ground, and the commentariat and White House press corps who are the real opposition now, will be afflicted by chronic glottal stops. The president will put through his health care and tax reforms and drive on. And the honeymoon, to which all incoming holders of great office are entitled, will finally begin.

While the Clintons and Obamas wait to see if they are in danger of indictment, with no one of either family to lead the Democrats for the first time in 25 years, what the once loyal opposition has sown and they shall reap. The president is trying to do what he was elected to do. Trump’s enemies right now are an abominable mélange of snobbery, hypocrisy, and psychopathic partisanship. They will be weighed in the balance and they will be found wanting.

Like the Islamists who think they have supremacy over the Abrahamic religions which preceded them, the Democrats who imagined themselves to be the vanguard of an inevitable march of history have reached the edge of the cliff and Trump is there to kick them off it into the abyss.

That is what needs to be investigated. We have a felony, now we need to determine who committed it, and you're right, this shouldn't be that difficult to narrow down. In fact, I suspect the "leaks" about Jared Kushner are fake, and intended to fish out the felonious trail of leaks.

Jared Kushner had an amazing week. He helped to contact the Saudi royals, President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi of Egypt, the Israelis, and who knows else, Jared Kushner. Son in law. Family. Kosher Jew. Why?

Because family is everything in the Muslim world, Donald Trump could not find anybody better qualified to communicate to the Arab world. They don't do Harvard degrees and affirmative action, the real standard of credibility is family. This goes back to Mohammed and his uncle Ali, who led a split in Islam after the death of the Prophet. Family is crucial in that world, and Trump has the psychology down much better than Barack Hussein, who bowed to the King of Arabia. Bowing means submission, Islam means submission, but submission means following orders even unto death. It doesn't mean peace in our meaning of the term, the absence of hatred and murder. The Muslim meaning is unmistakable: Islam is submission to the commands of Allah as written in the Qur'an, and you don't get to decide what is in there. Your imam decides what you do and what you believe, or your mullah. This is a war theology and all you do is obey your commander (emir) to the letter. Or else your Qur'an commands to "cut you at the neck."

Jared Kushner. Son-in-law. Family. What else?

Surprisingly, devout Muslims like devout Jews, as long as they don't make trouble. Like devout Christians, who are recognized as dhimmis in Islam. Being a second-class citizen according to Shariah law is no fun, but it's better than being dead. Muslims are sworn to kill or convert atheists and idol-worshippers, but not devout Jews and Christians, who qualify as People of the Book. Secular Jews and Christians are just atheists. "Secular" means you're not protected by your faith.

So Jared Kushner has major advantages as a Trump messenger in the Muslim world. He is Trump's son-in-law in a world where family, clan, and tribe still mean everything in life, and where marriages are used to make political alliances, an exchange of a young woman for a great dowry, and the promise of political protection.

Traditional Muslims see Jared Kushner as a Trump loyalist by family connection, and therefore very powerful with the Boss. It means nothing to have some clown appointed as U.S. ambassador for giving money to Hillary, but family... now you're talking.

So Jared was perfect for reaching out to the Muslim world.

In Arabia, it is understood that the Boss will keep his sons and sons-in-law on a very short leash and there will be no breach of trust.

King Salman appointed two of his most talented sons to be in the line of succession, one as the Minister of Defense and the other as the Minister of Interior, the police and the secret police.

King Salman --- the name means King Solomon --- has kept his daughters under house arrest for years, but if they got married to approved husbands those would be expected to keep them in line. Or else.

It's an "or else" culture, and if you understand it like Trump does, you can play by those rules. But if you idealize the customs of the desert like goofy liberals such as Obama, you can kowtow all you like, but you'll never have credibility. Desert cred comes from manhood in a very fundamental way. This is a fundamentalist culture. It still has rules that must be obeyed on pain of a lot of pain.

The modern West is too laid back, confused and weak to understand that one reason why Muslims despise our "depraved" culture is that our men don't control our women and children, but instead allow them to go naked in the streets. By desert standards Western women have cheapened their value in the marriage market. They are useless for bearing children, because the husband can never be sure if he is the father of a child. The word "whore" means "useless for making sons" in traditional human culture.

The rules are enforced by regular public executions, after a trial according to Shariah law and customs. Desert Islam chops off heads to make an example, which is also the reason for terrorism. Blow up 3,000 people on 9/11, and you scare American politicians so much that they won't even complain. Some of them will actually come and bow down to Muslim leaders in a public gesture of abject submission.

But a deep bow isn't enough if you don't obey orders. They don't do fake bows. Once you surrender by saying the Shahada you're bound for life, on pain of endless pain. Westerners think that you can just say the words and go back to your decadent ways, but that only applies to the royals and the Saudi billionaires, they have protection to do anything they like, but you don't.

So why Jared Kushner? For all those reasons, and because he's a smart guy who's talked with Trump and his circle for years. Jared is a natural messenger to many people, including the Russians, the Brits, the Europeans, the Saudis, Israel, and Egypt.

Obama had a lot of contacts with Iranians before the election and with the Muslim Brotherhood, too. Valerie Jarrett was raised in Iran, just as Huma Abedin was raised in Saudi Arabia. Early indoctrination is very powerful.

It comes down to family, genuine religious belief, People of the Book, the link between the three monotheistic religions, desert cred, and trustworthiness. Trump sent Jared to talk to foreign leaders, but Trump would get on the line if Kushner needed to clarify some point.

Trump has profound credibility after the MOAB bomb that killed ISIS "losers" holed up in a mountain in Afghanistan. Trump has credibility because many Arabs know General Jim Mattis, now the SecDef, who has led the new military campaign, where America finally got serious. That MOAB bomb was a clear signal to North Korea, which uses extensive tunneling to threaten the South. It was also a signal to Iran, which does the same thing. Signals are important in war. When you signal a credible threat you might actually avoid a fight, because most enemies don't want to die. If ISIS wants to die, the United States has now signaled a willingness to oblige them. That is another reason why former General el-Sisi of Egypt understands Trump's strategy, and approves. In the real world of war and peace, signals are not applause lines, the way our media see them. They are not "narratives." Under General Mattis, the U.S. Marines in Iraq came with a simple message: "We are the best friends and the worst foes you will ever have." Now you can choose.

Donald Trump is the most serious President we've had for a long time. Jimmy Carter backed down to the Ayatollah, and killed the Middle East peace process, because he looked like a coward. The Iranians kept on humiliating him to test his guts. Carter failed every test and they are still threatening us every single day. They think Carter, Clinton, and Obama are pushovers.

Trump is not a pushover. Mattis isn't either, and neither are Trump's other appointees. It's ironic that the decadent Europeans don't understand anything, and that our liberals are carbon copies of the Eurosocialist elites. They appease moral monsters instead of fighting them, which is why ISIS burst out on social media videos, showing kids killing enemy soldiers, all of it staged to shame the West and to recruit losers from all over the world. We dare you to get us, and every moral atrocity we commit is another challenge to your values.

Obama kept backing down and minimizing Islamic terrorism. He would never even say the words. They instantly saw that he was a coward, like Jimmy and Bill, showing American weakness and decadence. Obama's metrosexual style was a funny joke over there. The Chinese also considered Obama to be easy prey.

Liberals constantly proclaim their love for other cultures, but they constantly deny the toughness and meanness of tribal cultures. When reality smacks them in the face, they become like children. Outside of decadent Europe the rest of the world understands liberals very well. So do about half of our voters.

So now Jared Kushner is the new scapegoat for the leftomedia, but Kushner has the right stuff in him. The left is attacking Trump's inner circle.

It's amazing how primitive the lynch mobs of the left really are. This wouldn't be news to Mark Twain or Abraham Lincoln or Teddy Roosevelt. It's not news for inner city gangs or the president of Mexico, where 20,000 people have died in gang wars. It's not news to the Chicago Democrat Machine, including Michelle Obama's father, the ward boss.

All those hard people know how to push nice people around, and they are now quite open about their racist hatred against whites. College kids are supposed to apologize for the color of their skin, a bizarre throwback to the worst of Jim Crow, but it's another tactic of intimidation that's worked like a charm for Jerry Wright, Louis Farrakhan, and the Wellesley feminists. If your enemy backs off, push harder. The hard left is making war, it always has, and nice people can't understand why we can't get along. Marxism is a war doctrine --- they actually mean it when they call for class war and "revolutionary terror." The inner core of the Democrat Party is Marxist, and it is a war theology.

And that's the way it is today. This is not a game, and it's not an exercise. This is the world we have allowed to come back to haunt us. Trump, his family and his inner circle stand in the breach.

These leakers must be found, and they must be dealt with, to the full extent of the law.

I'm familiar with his writings as well as his 'Red Diaper' background. When you make these claims you should really offer something of substance to support them. I've seen you do it.

No they didn't. Which is why you were unable to provide the link to it as requested. It's sad that you are reduced to such childish fabrication.

But on to better news and better leaks!

President Trump is ready to scrap the Paris Climate Accord. From Axios:

President Trump has privately told multiple people, including EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt, that he plans to leave the Paris agreement on climate change, according to three sources with direct knowledge.

Publicly, Trump's position is that he has not made up his mind and when we asked the White House about these private comments, Director of Strategic Communications Hope Hicks said, "I think his tweet was clear. He will make a decision this week."

Get a load of the overwrought predictions:

Scientists said it would worsen an already bad problem and make it far more difficult to prevent crossing a dangerous global temperature threshold.

Calculations suggest it could result in emissions of up to 3 billion tons of additional carbon dioxide in the air a year. When it adds up year after year, scientists said that is enough to melt ice sheets faster, raise seas higher and trigger more extreme weather.

"If we lag, the noose tightens," said Princeton University climate scientist Michael Oppenheimer, co-editor of the peer-reviewed journal Climatic Change.

    Hysterical Baloney.

And while I'm a great fan of rising CO^2 levels, US production, thanks to fracking is on a downward trend.
    From Investor's Business Daily:

As we noted recently, since the 1997 Kyoto Accord, U.S. output of greenhouse gases has plummeted 7.3%, despite U.S. GDP growing by 52% during that time. Our greenhouse gas footprint is shrinking, not growing.

The real purpose of the accord is ecology at all, is to exert control. Socialism, in fact,, if United Nations officials are to be believed. It's also about killing American jobs, such as coal mining, which the left doesn't believe should be permitted to exist, while turning a blind eye to third world countries, and they would like to degrowth the U.S. because independent people with rising incomes don't vote for Marxism. Plus it's a tax on Americans, for us alone to bear. Stephen Moore writes:

Our Heritage Foundation colleague Nick Loris estimates that, over the next decade, the agreement will cost Americans an extra $30,000 per family of four in higher energy prices) and some 400,000 lost jobs (200,000 in manufacturing alone). He likens the Paris Agreement to a $2.5 trillion global tax on American production. So the costs to America would be anything but "symbolic."

And it's a vehicle for corruption as well.

We have done a great job cleaning up our country, but there is much more real work to be done. We have old mining sites, old nuke sites, big messes and the EPA seems to have no interest in those. We need new leadership and new direction at the EPA that focuses them on industrial solvents, pesticides, nuclear waste, herbicides and other toxins entering our oceans, water ways, soil and ground water. Fly a plane over the U.S. border with Mexico at the San Diego-Tijuana point. On one side you will see clean air and green hills. On the other, a lot of cement, barren hills, trash dumps and smog. Hong Kong and Shenzhen present similar pictures. But, sail off our coasts, and you are in brown water until you hit deep blue water, we need to bring that clean deep blue water, right to our coasts and that means much better sewage treatment and control of the waste being dumped into our waterways that drain to our coasts.

And the U.S. in fact is a world leader in clean GDP. Despite not signing it, we topped our quotas set in the Kyoto Protocol. Europe, by contrast, isn't so terribly good at it, just as it isn't good at fulfilling its European Union monetary quotas or its NATO dues quotas. According to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change - the Bonn, Germany-based agency that is out there to monitor the Paris accord, Germany is going to have a bad time fulfiling its voluntary quota of dropping greenhouse gas emissions 40%. The reason isn't hard to understand, either. In scrapping its clean nuclear energy for 'green' reasons, it has since turned to other 'green' devices such as electrical cars - which require vast amounts of coal to supply the electricity. Good luck with that strategy. It shows the complete lack of seriousness that under-girds the entire agenda. Yet Europe still thinks it has a right to regulate us through the Paris accord.

Is there any good reason to remain in this fraudy, job-killing, junk science accord? There really isn't. That's why President Trump's decision, if true, is so welcome. He ran on this as a campaign promise and if it's a promise fulfilled to the applause of the electorate. The world won't come crashing down, either. The left will, but not the world and the Left can't distinguish between that.

Let me restate it then: "He spewed the info to Duterte over the phone. That made it the property of Duterte and ultimately the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs. They published the official document, making it public information."

    That speaks volumes about you.

That's a total fabrication, which is why you cannot provide a link to the document you keep claiming they published.

What absolute drivel.. American Thinker knows NOTHING about Salman or his family.. and all that BS about Kushner.. The Saudi would have arranged Trump's trip with Howdy Doody because they have supported and welcomed whoever was US president.

If this is not suggesting that those 2 subs are lone wolves I don't know what is.

The burden on proof falls on you since in the OP you're the first to say that Trump saying that I subs could be operating somewhere in 1 of 2 vast bodies of water, maybe both, is somehow revealing classified info. I was in the Navy and I watched people getting in trouble for posting on facebook where and when our carrier will dock before we hit port. I.e. revealing time and exact location. PROVE THAT THAT GENERAL INFO LIKE OUR SUBS COULD BE OPERATING IN 1 OF 2 VAST BODIES OF WATER IS SOMEHOW CLASSIFIED INFO

According to NYY who first published it, that's exactly what happened. "We have two submarines — the best in the world. We have two nuclear submarines, not that we want to use them at all," Trump was quoted in NYT. I'm still waiting for you to prove that saying this is somehow revealing classified info

I love your failed attempt on playing semantics. Yes. Retarded as in slow. You have to be slow to think that its revealing classified info to say that we have 2 subs operating somewhere in 1 of 2 vast bodies of water off the Korean coast.

And why the burden of proof falls on you. Prove it. Since I assume that you have proof, I assume that you know the location revealed? We're the subs operating in Sea of Japan? Or were they operating in the Yellow sea?Which sea were they operating in?

There is no law that states that the president has to follow a formal procedure to share classified info with his counterparts.

Subs often accompany carriers in strike strike groups. That is a well known fact. We have 2 carrier strike groups off the coast of Korea. We also have 2 subs off the coast of Korea. Hmm. Could that be a coincidence?

Now a third is strike group is on the way.

    And here is the kicker.

US Navy guided-missile sub calls in South Korea'-CNN

Reported nearly a month before "Trump revealed classified info" by saying that we have 2 subs operating off somewhere off the Korean coast.

You have to be extremely slow to think that what Trump said was classified when that info was widely reported nearly a month before Trump said anything. Not to mention that overly general operation location isnt classified info and that that info is widely reported whenever our vessels hit port. And it was

No duh we have subs operating off the Korean coast. 1 docked in Korea nearly a month ago!
