The first paragraph of any newspaper story should have the "5 W's", who, what, when, why, and where. After reading the first three paragraphs of any new story you shouldn't have to go any further unless you want further details of each of the five "W's.".

They use to teach that in high school journalism classes back when America was great.

The "Raw Story" doesn't say exactly when the phone call took place.

But if I remember correctly it was a couple of weeks after President Trump took the oath of office as POTUS.

At the time nobody knew that President Trump would become the "Wall."

That with just Donald Trump being President, illegal crossings across our southern border would drop 70 %.

Nearly all of insider WH leaked stories have been true so far. Which is why the Trump administration is trying so hard to crack down on leakers.

If proven true would it change your opinion of him? As to sounding "unTrump" like, how would you know? You've only heard him speak in very specific venues. As I believe there's incontrovertible evidence that proves that trumps' intellect is well below average, I find it quite easy to picture him making the alleged statements.

Not surprised. If the transcript is accurate we see anything but a great deal maker. We see a weak and sadly incompetent man. His argument as to why Mexico should pay for the silly wall was childish, embarrassing, and totally uncompelling. We should all feel stupid for having put this ignoramous in office.
