    You don't impanel a grand jury without evidence. Even a legal expert like you knows that.

    Interesting how one of the KABLAMS, said simply KENYA. Do you think his mother knew he would start the Impeachment of Trump when he was born? I know for a fact she had birth announcements made in Hawaii REMOTELY.

    No, it is my opinion that grand juries are used by prosecutors to decide rather or not to indict.

    Personally, I'd rather see preliminary hearings since those are generally public.

    Just wait....guaranteed that when Mueller makes no connection to Trump the left will throw Mueller under the bus and demand a new investigation.

    Your opinion is wrong. The only documents and testimony given to a grand jury is from the prosecutor. If they want an indictment, they will get one.

    Report: Mueller convenes grand jury in Russia investigation

    Special Counsel Robert Mueller has impaneled a grand jury in Washington, D.C., a clear sign that the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election is ramping up, the Wall Street Journal reports.

    The special counsel's office did not return CBS News' request for comment.

    Grand juries give prosecutors the ability to put witnesses under oath if there is evidence of a crime. Mueller and his expanding team will also have the power to seek indictments and subpoena documents. According to the Journal, the grand jury was convened in Washington several weeks ago. Another grand jury in Virginia is currently investigating former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

    "This is yet a further sign that there is a long-term, large-scale series of prosecutions being contemplated and being pursued by the special counsel," Stephen I. Vladeck, a law professor at the University of Texas, told the paper.

    A case, perhapse, against Flynn... perhaps nothing at all but vendetta. I am curious... were you convinced there was a solid case when Ken Starr empaneled a jury?

    Despite the leap in logic made by the OP, there is nothing to suggest that this jury has been called because of evidence against Trump. For all we know it could be a fishing expidition, or perhapse a case against Flynn for something he did or didnt reveal. Nobody knows... but the actions of the President and Putin since day one have not indicated any sort of bond, lol, far from it. I doubt highly that they have evidence implicating the president. Anyone care to wager on it?
