I like polticalforum because you type p and o into my browser, porn doesn't come up anymore, it used to - but I find this forum's good at hiding your porn like that.

My laptop is the only feed into my big screen TV (55", not the biggest on the market that I've seen but it's alright, and, most other TVs I know look tiny because I'm so used to my TV) I have hanging on the wall.

Not sure my TVs have even been on this week TBH. I watch a few reality shows, lots of PBS, a handful of scripted shows. I let them pile up and then binge watch on weekends and rainy days. Some of them now have such short seasons, I can do the whole season in a day, like Grantchester.

I just watched Game of Thrones Season 7 Episode 4 which comes out this coming Sunday and it was glorious. And VPN is your friend in such endeavors.

I watched my idea for a Springfield, OR get away fall into budget today after a night of shopping around on the internet.

All i have to do is...
half my stay in Oregon and only go for a week.
Not go to Portland :( This was looking fun in the end, but I'd have enough money to either party in London or if I really wanted, Amsterdam..
    and not have a car.

Things I want without a car are also within walking distance. I only wanted it for the car rental place being in walking distance... I found another reason for my visit within walking distance, meaning.. I could just get away from it all and be self sustained for a week in budget if I took the occasional Taxi and started my own Oregon trail (if I don't get lost doing it) for running.
    The internet is cool.
We're limited by our budget and your imagination.

So please, since the web can't tell me, can anyone tell me, honestly... When does it stop looking like

    and start looking like

    ?

How's Halloween weatherise in this part of the world?

I "borrowed" my friends Netflix. Mostly, I just watch films, but I also watch Rick and Morty - it is just in line with my low standards and awful taste in humour. Awesome. :D

I love this show. I loved the anti-globalist tone of the first episode for this season (The Rickshank Redemption). I highly recommend this show to anyone. The humor is gruesome sometimes, but it's brilliant. Every episode seems harmless when it starts, and by the end your mind is blown.

I don't know. This is one of the few shows that I will make time to tune into it when it comes on, and then watch again when its on demand. Other than on demand, I don't know where to find it. Try the cartoon network website. It's on Adult Swim.

You can also pick up the DVDs for season one and two at Walmart for like 20 bucks each.

I think it is fairly warm there, or at least compared to my state in October. Probably like in the 50s and it is pretty rainy there I think. I've never been there though.

Cool... I'm expecting it to be cold, but, what do I know?

Haven't flown anywhere since I was 17 and I grew anxious of the prospect of flying again because of a slight agoraphobia of the openness of the air and heights involved in getting off the ground and all of that, so I YouTube'd what to expect (after y'know already viewing landings and take offs from these airports (there's videos posted for everything), I decided it'll be a kicker to view a video over the Atlantic to remind myself of what it's like...

This is the only thing that really gives me any anxiety, knowing how high and how fast you're going.
So now I've almost got to go just to push myself to fly over the Atlantic'..
Get out of this unhealthy comfort zone and do it.
I mean, I've done it before, and back then it didn't seem to worry me, but that was then, I'm only hoping that that's how I fly whenever, how I flew back then.

Sometimes I look at that video I found and it looks fun.
However when I first look at it I'm like 'no thank you'.
I guess, after that, I'm over it/looking forward to it.

I almost never watch tv. In my parents house the tv was only allowed to be on Friday evening through Sunday, and then only for certain shows. After leaving home, I never picked up the tv habit, most of the time never even had a tv to watch, or time to watch it when one was available. I've watched some tv lately, not impressed at all. I do like "Good Eats", I've seen some of those shows.

I'm of the opinion that tv rots your brain. Besides, who wants tv when real life is so much more exciting?

We are Netflix and Hulu only in our house, and we have a large list of to see lined up. Right now the two biggest is me watching Naruto on my own and one wife and I going through Once Upon A Time. We all love the Marvel and DC superhero series. Lucifer, Sherlock, and Elementary are also ones we are working through as we get all of us together. My husband tends to watch what we call "disaster porn". My one wife and I watch My Little Pony also. Even if you don't have kids, give it a try. The writing is excellent and has a level aimed at adults, with many pop culture references hidden throughout. It does have a whole episode featuring Dr Hooves (although never explicitly said) and John DeLancie is a regular voice. Next season is supposed to feature Falica Day and William Shatner.

Just so I'm clear here, we're talking about two wives and one husband?

Sounds like you need a spreadsheet to keep track of what shows you're watching with what spouse.

Correct. And I do have a llist of who is watching what with me. Mostly it is with the one wife, and the other wife's shows with me is relatively short. Mind you there is much we end up watching together, just not alll of it is something others are worried about keeping up on. For example, husband watches the various Border Patrols. I enjoy watching then when it is on, but I have no need to keep up on it.
