Let's assume the sea water rises and many people are displaced.

Where can people go in Bangladesh, for example?
    EU?
    US?
    Australia?
    Where?

When countries have less than 100 years before they're submerged like Bangladesh, who's planning to let them into theirs?

    India. Pakistan. Burma. China. Laos.

Why should they be forced to relocate to a completely alien place and culture? They should be relocated to the nearest safe place, where there will be far less culture shock for them - they would have enough to deal with as it is. That would be India and/or Pakistan. If the west wants to help, send money and/or personnel to help with the resettlements.

Probably someday or then again we may go into yet another ice age and sea levels will fall. They have been much higher and lower than today so it's a safe bet they will rise or fall, in fact a sure bet. Just as sure is sea levels will not stay the same as they are today.

Well, India and Bangladesh is under water so, it might be forced relocation if the Indian Sub Continent gets submerged.

If all of India goes underwater, we are in big trouble.... You do realize that the Himalayas are partly in India, don't you?
