Just like no one lived in the United States in the 1750s when it was a colony of England :roflol::roflol::fishing:

You think people weren't living there before1990? Holy ****, this would be funny if it wasn't so sad.

You didn't even know where Namibia was until this thread. You didn't know about the long history of the region before you consulted with Google to help you.

Do yourself a favor. Learn about the world and then when a country is being discussed you don't have a blank stare on your face because you think it morphed from the atmosphere a few decades ago.

By the way, Ukraine declared its independence from the Soviet Union in 1991. But this will come as a shock to you - there were actually people there before then. And back in the 1980s and earlier, people who went to college (foreign concept to you, I know) could actually learn about those people - and when it declared its independence, we didn't derp and say "wow, there are people living there?".

I'm embarrassed for you. But I do understand better why Trump loved the less educated.

He is the Libs' messiah, certainly NOT mine. For all his "education", he had a hard time pronouncing names. The Namibian leader did not seem to mind or be upset about it, so why should you? Worry more about the plight of the middle class and how Democrats can help.

I knew enough to know it wasn't a country when you claimed to have studied it.

And no, a country with 2 million people isn't something I've spent much time on.

Neither have you, no matter how much you like to pretend otherwise.

Instead of amassing useless knowledge I spent my time learning to fix avionics systems and taking tech classes.

I'm sure my wife and kids appreciate what that has brought them instead of a Masters in Tiny Countries.

Like I said, you did what you could to help Democrat Hillary Clinton get elected. Regardless of who we supported in the primaries (I supported Rand Paul) Republicans like me voted for the Republican candidate in the general election because that's what Republicans do - vote Republican. You didn't.

Fortunately, we prevailed and for the first time in 9 years we have a Republican president who is advancing the Republican agenda (putting conservatives on the SCOTUS, rolling back Obama's EO's and bogus "treaties", etc.) AND raising tens of millions of dollars for the GOP from his supporters.

Republicans are happy about this and they don't get triggered when the Republican president mispronounces the name of an African country that the vast majority of Americans don't give a flying **** about.

I don't know why a Democrat like you who pretends to be a Republican would have a problem with other Democrats doing the same thing but that doesn't confront me. I also don't care if Trump used to be a Democrat since many Republicans (ex. Ronald Reagan) were once Democrats. All I care about is Republican presidents governing like Republicans and preferably conservatives and so far Republican President Trump has done that.

I also knew it wasn't a country called Namibia in the 1980s. But guess what? It was a country filled with lots of people, and it had some land, and there were people living there before 1990. Crazy, I know! It wasn't called "Namibia" (or Nambia, depending on who you are) then. I'm embarrassed for you that you didn't know people actually do study the history of regions of the world.

I'm also sorry you didn't know that Namibia was a country at all until today.

By the way, Mumbai wasn't called Mumbai in the 1980s either. But in college and even high school, we learned about it. And when it changed names from Bombay to Mumbai, those of us who weren't watching Playboy TV actually knew where Bombay was to understand the place is the same, the history is the same, but the name changed. Sometimes we don't need to be led by our noses to think.

You should stick with being a repairman. You probably do that better than discuss the world.

You want the Democrats to help you out? Good grief. Stand on your own two feet and don't rely on politicians to take care of you. That's sad.

    Sure.

Oh I love being a repairman in the IT world.

I bet it makes me a lot more than your massive knowledge about Namibia.

Tell us about the last conversation you had about Namibia. I'd love for you to educate me some more on the topic.

I voted for Marco Rubio in the primary. That didn't help her get elected. I voted for Gary Johnson in the General Election. That also didn't help her get elected. You must think she's President.

I don't know why you and Trump pretend to be Republicans. I can't answer that.

Republicans aren't happy about President Trump attacking their own party leaders and lawmakers all day, every day. Only the Democrats are. That's why you like him doing it. You're a Democrat. I'm not.

Be happy to share. I had a discussion a couple of months ago with a breeder of Rhodesian Ridgebacks who moved here from Namibia. I doubt you know what a Rhodesian Ridgeback is, but you asked, and I told you.

Are you calling me a fool?

The only fools are the people who never heard of Namibia before this thread.

I'm sorry I made you cry because I don't toss my panties at Trump's feet. I leave that to you Democrats.

Was Gary Johnson a Republican? Didn't you just claim you only vote for Republicans, is this another lie? Was Gary Johnson an idiot when asked about Aleppo?

You don't even know who Gary Johnson is? Good grief. Google it. He was the Republican governor of New Mexico while your reality TV game show host Democratic hero was pushing single payer healthcare, gun control, and Hillary Clinton for President.

No wonder Trump loves the less educated.

So Gary Johnson the day you voted for him was a Republican? How about Aleppo?
